Ο Υπέρυθρος Πλευρικός Καυστήρας της Broil King σας δίνει την δυνατότητα να μαγειρεύετε υπέροxα πιάτα γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά. Σχεδιάστηκε για να παράγει θερμοκρασία μέχρι και 927°C. Είναι σαν να έχετε την ενέργεια του ηλίου στην πλευρική σας εστία. Ενσωματώνεται στο πλευρικό ράφι και περιλαμβάνει μια επαγγελματική ανοξείδωτη σχάρα πάχους 9 χιλιοστών και χωρητικότητα ψησίματος 735 τετρ.εκ. Ο πλευρικός καυστήρας είναι ιδανικός για το ψήσιμο (το γνωστό και ως sear) του μοσχαριού, είναι τέλειος για το βράσιμο καλαμποκιού, λαχανικών, σαλτσών ,μπέικον και αυγών. Πρόκειται για μία εξαιρετική στο προσθήκη στο θρυλικό σύστημα ψησίματος της Broil King. Ο σχεδιασμός του εστιάζει την φλόγα του αερίου στο κεραμικό πλακίδιο που αποτελείται από χιλιάδες μικρές τρύπες. Αυτό μετατρέπει την θερμότητα της φλόγας σε υπέρυθρη ενέργεια. Οι τροφές και οι χυμοί που πέφτουν από το φαγητό μαζεύονται σε έναν αφαιρούμενο δίσκο για εύκολο καθαρισμό.
