★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hospital I have evwr been my son cut his leg he has been seen by doctors in 15min! My mum had a chest infection they have done blood test, xray and give her oxygen! They are really good there not like in England 3rd world when you going to hospital they dont care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was involved in a fatal car accident on 26/6/19. She sustained many injuries. She had excellent care at Kefalonian General Hospital staff with the various Drs needed to ascertain her many injuries. The Drs & nurses were fantastic. Hospital was clean & outpatient services are great as well. I have to say I had a negative view of the Greek hospital prior however I’ve seen first hand the care & attention Drs provide. Bravo ??

They have too much patients, but all they are hardworking, positive, committed, friendly, strength and give to all the best hospitality, help and health. For the General Hospital of Kefalonia 5 stars, but I like to put 10 stars for one Doctor who is working on Emergency. She's name is (I must see on her stamp) KATOXIANOU PANAGIOTA - GKOLFO. She is an angel. I am pacient with 2 aneurysms on my brain, and I spending to much time at different hospitals, with different doctors. Nobody isn't like she. Never! Kefalonian Hospital be proud and keep your PANAGIOTA KATOXIANOU - GKOLFO she is the best!
