L	Lefteris Kakagis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ χάος και οι υπάλληλοι ήρωες!!! και πολλοί εξυπηρετικοί (και η κυρία που είναι στην εξυπηρέτηση και οι διανομείς!!! ο "χώρος"(δεν ξεπερνα τα 10 τ.μ. είναι ότι πιο λάθος μπορούσε να βρεθεί... λάθος σημείο, σε κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης, που όταν έρχεται το βαν της διανομής για να αφήσει τα δέματα, το μισό βρίσκεται (παράνομα) στο πεζοδρόμιο, και το άλλο μισό κλείνει το δρόμο που είναι στενός, και δημιουργεί προβλήμματα, και τα δέματα πετιούνται στο δρόμο αναγκαστικά, η εταιρεία δυσφημίζεται ουσιαστικά από αυτό το κατάστημα, και θα πρέπει να διακόψει τη σύμβαση με τον ιδιοκτήτη μέχρι να αποφασίσει να μεταφερθεί σε σωστό χώρο τα τηλέφωνα δεν τα σηκώνουν (γιατί είναι πραγματικά αδύνατο ) έτσι όπως είναι εκεί μέσα τα πράγματα... ανάλογο πρόβλημα με τη φύση του χώρου αντιμετώπιζε και η speedex, μέχρι που μεταφέρθηκε σε καλύτερο χώρο με δυνατότητα στάθμευσης μπροστά σε περίπτωση που θες να πας να παραλάβεις μόνος σου από το κατάστημα εδώ και να θές, δε γίνεται ( κινδυνέυεις να σε πατήσει διερχόμενο αμάξι... M	Marios Drakoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειναι φοβερο, καταστημα που ανηκει σε μια απο τις μεγαλυτερες εταιρειες κουριερ και να μην απανταει στο τηλεφωνο εξυπηρετησης πελατων σε 3 συνεχομενες κλησεις με αποσταση 10 λεπτων. Μου φαινεται αδιανοητο. It is awesome, a store that belongs to one of the largest courier companies and does not answer the customer service phone in 3 consecutive calls with a distance of 10 minutes. It seems inconceivable to me.
Α	Απόστολος Δήμος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό κλείσιμο εύχομαι.Τηλέφωνο δε σηκώνουν ποτέ,το δέμα αγνοηται,και το ψέμα το έχουν έτοιμο στο στόμα τους...Αν θες να παραλάβεις το δέμα γρήγορα,τότε ΣΕ ΑΝΑΓΚΑΖΟΥΝ να πάς Ελευσίνα να το πάρεις.Αλλιως θα πρέπει να περιμένεις ποτέ θα τους φέρει ο δρόμος στη πόλη σου...2022 και έχεις αυτή την εξυπηρέτηση...Πλέον θα ρωτάω πριν παραγγείλω με τι κούριερ θα έρθει κι αν είναι ταχυδρομική,θα ψάχνω άλλου...Δόξα το Θεό δεν είναι μονοπώλιο η ταχυδρομική... T	Theodora T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ μα ποτέ δεν είχα θεμα με την εταιρεία, ώσπου ξαφνικά από τον Δεκέμβρη τα δέματα πάνε Ελευσινα?! Είναι δυνατόν να περιμένουμε τόσες ημέρες για τα δέματα μας; Και με δημόσιο ταχυδρομείο πιο γρήγορα θα ερχόταν, ντροπή. Δυστυχώς θα αποφεύγω να επιλέγω αγορές που στέλνουν με την εν λόγω κούριερ. Κρίμα γιατί παλιά Μαξ 3 ημέρες είχα το δέμα στα χέρια μου. I never had an issue with the company, until suddenly from December the parcels go to Elefsina ?! Is it possible to wait so many days for our parcels? And by public mail it would come faster, shame. Unfortunately I will avoid choosing purchases that ship with that courier. Too bad because old Max 3 days I had the package in my hands.

Πήρα 5 φορές τηλέφωνο μέσα σε 20 λεπτά και δεν το σήκωνε κανένας. Είναι δυνατόν; Δηλαδή τι κάνετε εκεί πέρα που δεν το σηκώνετε ποτέ; Να έχω παραγγείλει κάτι για την δουλειά μου και να ψάχνω να βρω το κούριερ; Θα έλεγα ότι η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ κακή αλλά δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα καν για να κρίνω. Έχω δει και άλλα πολλά άτομα να γράφουν το ίδιο ακριβώς πράγμα με εμένα. Δηλαδή δεν πτοείστε λίγο; Είναι αυτός επαγγελματισμός;; Hey guys, if possible, pick up the phone to talk. Όταν έφτασε το δέμα μου Μέγαρα αντί να μου το παραδώσουν ή να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο σημείωσαν ‘αδυναμία παράδοσης’ και στείλανε αυτόματο μήνυμα στο viber να τους πάρω στο σταθερό τους να συνεννοηθούμε για την παράδοση. Τους έπαιρνα 200 τηλέφωνα τη μέρα με διαφορά ωρών για 2-3 μέρες και δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. Στο τέλος απηύδησα και πήγα από το κατάστημα, το οποίο προς έκπληξη μου έχει αλλάξει διεύθυνση αλλα στο Google έχουν ακόμη την παλιά! Η κοπέλα στη νέα τοποθεσία με ενημέρωσε πως το τηλέφωνο τους λειτουργεί κανονικά οπότε απλά δεν το σηκώνουν. Τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση. The worst courier experience I have ever had. When my Megara package arrived, instead of delivering it to me or calling me, they noted 'failure to deliver' and sent an automatic message on viber to take them to their landline to agree on the delivery. I called them 200 times a day for 2-3 days and they never answered. In the end I gave up and went to the store, which to my surprise has changed address but on Google they still have the old one! The girl at the new location informed me that their phone is working normally so they just do not pick it up. Awesome service.
