Σε περίπτωση αντικαταβολής δεν δέχτηκαν ποτέ πληρωμή με κάρτα με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν έχουν μηχάνημα για κάρτες, και ότι αν θέλω να πληρώσω με κάρτα να μου το στείλουν στο κεντρικό κατάστημα που γίνονται πληρωμές με κάρτα και να το παραλάβω από εκεί. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και θεωρώ ότι γενικά είναι από τις χειρότερες εταιρίες μεταφορών. I have pre-packaged the difference from the store. Μετά από μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία και ανοργανωσια μου έφεραν το δέμα στης 28 του μηνός μετά από 2 φορές που πήγα στο κατάστημα και 4 τηλεφωνήματα... Καταλαβαίνω ότι γίνεται χαμός αλλά η λογική λέει ότι μετά από μια βδομάδα που κρατάτε ένα προϊόν και βασανίζεται και τον υπάλληλο σας και εμένα καλό είναι όταν σας λέει ο πελάτης δεν θέλω να το φέρετε θα έρθω να πάρω το πακέτο εγώ. Να μην κάνετε ότι σας αρέσει. The code of the parcel appeared on their page that it came on December 21st and while they were receiving emails from the ordering company that no delivery was made to me they sent me a message at 24 in the morning. d	dimitra d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία μπορεί να ήρθε μέσα σε μία ημέρα από Αθήνα στην Αλεξανδρούπολη, αλλά η πορεία αποστολής δεν ενημερώθηκε ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα το προϊόν να έχει φτάσει στην Αλεξανδρούπολη αλλά να φαίνεται ακόμα ότι είναι στην Αθήνα και έτσι να μην έχεις σαφή εικόνα για το που βρίσκεται το προϊόν ώστε να οργανώσεις το πρόγραμμά σου. Επίσης, ο διανομέας κατά την προσπάθεια παράδοσης δεν μπήκε καν στον κόπο να κάνει έστω μία αναπάντητη, ενώ υπάρχει εμφανή σημείωση ότι το θυροτηλέφωνο δεν λειτουργεί, με αποτέλεσμα αν και ήμασταν μέσα κατά την ώρα της παράδοσης να μην αντιληφθούμε ποτέ ότι ήρθε ο διανομέας αφού δεν χτύπησε καν και έτσι αναγκαστήκαμε να παραλάβουμε εμείς από το κατάστημα καθώς σύμφωνα με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν μπορούσαν να μας το ξαναφέρουν. The order may have arrived within a day from Athens to Alexandroupolis, but the shipping route was never updated so the product has arrived in Alexandroupolis but still seems to be in Athens and so you do not have a clear picture of where product to organize your program. Also, the distributor during the delivery attempt did not even bother to make even one unanswered, while there is an obvious note that the intercom does not work, with the result that although we were inside at the time of delivery we never realized that the distributor came since it even rang and so we had to pick it up from the store as according to the call center they could not bring it back to us.

Και πήγαμε στα 2 αστέρια επιεικως γιατί 8 ευρώ για ένα παναλαφρο φάκελο;;;; Και αποστολή για απόσταση 80 χιλιομέτρων!!! Three stars because Friday while all courier companies are open they are closed !!!!! And we went to the 2 stars indulgently why 8 euros for a light envelope ???? And a mission for a distance of 80 kilometers !!!
