★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to ship a parcel to Germany, first they said that because my box was not well packed, either i repack it and ship it to my own responsibility or i put it in the original box. I packed the box very well the next day and brought it for shipment, meanwhile very arrogantly this time they just refused to ship it and sent me away and they got angry with me. Lies and horrible service, would never use them or give them a penny again(used them many times in the past for our clients, too)
