★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει 0. Ένα υπουργείο χωρίς λόγο ύπαρξης. Ανύπαρκτες υπηρεσίες, υπάρχουν για να κουκουλώνουν καταστάσεις.
Unfortunately there is no 0. A ministry without a reason to exist. Non-existent services exist to cover up situations.
