★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Private free parking literally just to the side of the gym, perfect as the roads are quite busy here with minimal parking available.
I came here to do some training while travelling in Kefalonia. It's a great location to train being a short drive from most resorts in the middle of the island. All the kit is technogym, all solid we'll maintain kit. There's a decent set of dumbbells that go upto around 40kg (plenty) and lots of resistance stations to use too.
They have a few classes here, timetable is on the website. I haven't tried one but would imagine they are good judging from the friendly knowledgeable staff. €7 for a single session, not a bad price. Not sure if it's cheaper to sign up for a week or 2 weeks for instance.
Would definitely recommend, staff are really friendly and helpful. Lots of good quality, well maintained and very clean gym kit.

Great gym for beginners and gym rat. Plenty of machines and free weights. Everything in the gym is working and well kept and clean. The changing rooms are also clean and you can buy water, honey, etc. But the best thinag about this gym is the owner who helps with any exercise questions, is extremely nice and speaks excellent English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gym in Kefalonia is you are staying locally.. I’ve paid €20 for a week. Has everything you need - weights up to about 40kg.. good value, good gym. Definitely recommend.
Also the staff are friendly and helpful. 5*
