Η γυναίκα αρρώστησε από την πείνα που δεν τους ταΐζουν, της φόραγαν ρούχα άλλων και ότι ρούχα μας έδιναν ήταν χεσμενα και κατουριμενα γιατί το μπεμπιλινο ήταν απλά ένα πανί ή γιατί όπως είπα ήταν άλλων. Η γυναίκα έχασε επίσης πολλά κιλά. Τις αγωγές της δεν της τις έδιναν, την είχαν εκεί στα ηρεμιστηκα, κάτι πληγές που είχε τις έκαναν χειρότερα και αλλά πολλά. Το προσωπικό πάλι χαλι μαύρο. Στην κοσμάρα τους, οι κοπέλες τέρμα ειρωνικές, οι προισταμενες δεν είχαν ιδέα τι γινόταν, πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας το έκλεισαν στην μούρη, φώναζαν στις γιαγιάδες και τις έσπρωχναν, οι φυσικοθεραπευτές πάλι τίποτα δεν έκαναν. Πραγματικά ότι να ναι λυπάμαι τις άλλες γιαγιάδες εκεί μέσα. Κάθονται και σου λένε «ναι ναι όλα πάνε καλά» και εκεί μέσα γίνεται χαμός. Απαράδεκτοι και ξεφτίλες πραγματικά. Α	Αλέκα Κουφουδάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για το διάστημα (4 εβδομάδες οπότε και κατέληξε) που νοσηλεύτηκε ο σύζυγός μου (66 ετών) ο οποίος έπασχε από άνοια και parkinson σε προχωρημένο στάδιο, έμεινα πλήρως ικανοποιημένη από τις υπηρεσίες της κλινικής. Όντας ένα πολύ βαρύ περιστατικό (με λεβάϊν, αναγκαία παροχή οξυγόνου, ορούς και συνεχείς λοιμώξεις), αντιμετωπίστηκε με επαγγελματισμό και συνέπεια. Οι γιατροί με ενημέρωναν τακτικά για την πορεία της υγείας του καθώς και για τις διάφορες νοσηλείες που του παρέχονταν. Οι νοσηλευτές ήταν εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί ενώ το διοικητικό προσωπικό ήταν πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Γενικότερα έδειχνε καθαρός και περιποιημένος στα διάφορα επισκεπτήρια και το μόνο μειονέκτημα για την οικογένειά μας, ήταν τα αυστηρά μέτρα προσέλευσης λόγω covid (αρκετά περιορισμένος χρόνος, ημερήσιο rapid test και καθόλου σωματική επαφή με τον ασθενή). Αν και ήμουν προκατειλημμένη στην αρχή για τις κλινικές και τα όσα ακούγονταν, θεωρώ πως πήραμε τη σωστή απόφαση και θα την συνέστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα. Τους οφείλω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για την φροντίδα που παρείχαν στο σύζυγό μου. During the time (4 weeks when it ended) that my husband (66 years old) who was suffering from dementia and parkinson at an advanced stage was hospitalized, I was completely satisfied with the services of the clinic. Being a very serious case (with levine, necessary oxygen supply, serums and persistent infections), it was treated with professionalism and consistency. The doctors regularly informed me about the course of his health as well as about the various treatments that were provided to him. The nurses were helpful and polite while the administrative staff was always willing to serve us. In general, he looked clean and tidy at the various visits and the only disadvantage for our family, was the strict attendance measures due to covid (quite limited time, daily rapid test and no physical contact with the patient). Although I was initially biased about the clinics and what they were hearing, I think we made the right decision and would highly recommend it. I owe them a big thank you for the care they provided to my husband.
