Δεν ξέρω τι φταίει και γιατί αλλά στο παρελθόν ήταν η καλύτερη μεταφορική. Πλέον έχει πάει πιο κάτω και από την ACS. Κατανοώ πως η έλλειψη προσωπικού είναι ένα θέμα, αλλά αν δεν μπορεί κάποιος να αναλάβει καλό θα ήταν να μην υπάρχει το υποκατάστημα. Γνώμη μου... Και φυσικά όταν τους λες να στο φέρουν εννοείται ότι σου λένε να περάσεις να το παραλάβεις από εκεί.. Και γιατί να πληρωσω κουριερ στην τελική; The word UNACCEPTABLE is not enough to describe the situation. Of course, no one ever picks up the phone. I do not know what is wrong and why but in the past it was the best transport. It has now gone even lower than ACS. m	marsi andrian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρε παιδιά, αφού δεν το έχετε ως κούριερ, κλείστε το κι ανοίξτε κάτι που να μπορείτε να το διαχειριστείτε, πχ ενα αυτοματο μηχάνημα πώλησης προϊόντων, μιας και ο πελάτης μόνος του "εξυπηρετείται" στην κούριέρ σας τελικά. Μόνος του να έρθει να παραλάβει το δέμα (εσείς δεν κάνετε τον κόπο... αλίμονο... κούριερ είστε....; ), να καλεί μόνος του στα τηλέφωνα, χωρίς απάντηση (αλίμονο, γιατί να τα σηκώσετε, τα τηλέφωνα εξάλλου είναι για μόστρα), μόνος του να ξεροσταλιάζει επί μισή ώρα σε ατελείωτη ουρά, για να βρεθεί το δικό του δέμα μέσα στο απίστευτο χάος των δεμάτων (αλίμονο, γιατί να υπάρχει τάξη, πεταμένα όλα έξω από το μαγαζί, μέσα στο μαγαζί, ένας χάος από κούτες που τις βλέπει ο πελάτης) και να του λέτε "δεν το βρίσκουμε, περάστε αύριο!!!!"...λάθος προσανατολισμός παιδιά..., αλλάξτε επαγγελματική κατεύθυνση, μπας και λυτρωθούμε κι εμείς που έχουμε την ατυχία να περιμένουμε δέμα από τη Γενική Ταχυδρομική Μυκόνου. Αλλά γιατί να μπαίνουμε στον κόπο να γράφουμε αξιολογήσεις...; Αφού δεν ιδρώνει το αυτί σας, όσο δίκαιο "κράξιμο" και αν τρώτε σε όλο το νησί και σε όλες τις διαδικτυακές αξιολογήσεις... Και για να μην αδικώ κανέναν, ομολογώ ότι μέχρι και την Άνοιξη του 2021 λειτουργούσατε πολύ καλά, ακόμα και εν μέσω λοκντάουν... τι συνέβη μετά και ξεκίνησε αυτή η κατρακύλα, είναι απορίας άξιον! And at the end I got another message "inability to deliver" because of missing information to the address!
