If you don't want your parcel then go with these guys. If you want a company to have no idea or record of where your parcel is then go with these guys. If you want to speak with with someone who is not interested in doing their job then go with these guys. Otherwise try ACS.

Don’t like leaving one star reviews, but unfortunately it is warranted. This company holds onto parcels for too long without delivering them and blames the customer. They also expect us to come pick up the parcels. I saw in the other comments that I’m not the only one that has experienced this. I wish UPS used a different local partner. DHL, TNT, ACS all are much faster at delivering parcels. If I have a delivery and I have a choice, I always choose DHL over UPS. (Slight update. In my opinion they have improved their delivery a bit. It is still frustrating that they phone first but don't make it easy to return the phone call. However, I'm going to change my review to 3 stars instead of my earlier 1. Let's hope it goes up to 5 in time :-)) (Getting better - changed my review to 4 stars. In other news, it seems that UPS has opened up shop in Chania, so perhaps Geniki won't be overburdened anymore with Amazon parcels. Now I have to "train" UPS to find my house - at least Geniki got that part right ... :-))

Very disappointing service on two occasions. Both times my package was at the depot here in Chania for six days and was never delivered to my house, despite calling them several times. They said the delivery person had contacted my mobile phone but there was no record of any calls made. I had to go to collect the packages myself (both times) from their office. Very annoying and unprofessional service from Geniki. I shall avoid using them in future!

Is the worst transportation company , delays of days maybe weeks , never on time. This is about crete , chania. If you are from this city propably you will find a issue on management.

I had a package sent via UPS and it made it all the way from Germany to Geniki Courier Chania which is half hour away. I tracked it via UPS and it said missing phone number etc which of course isn't on the address but was with UPS from my original shipper. Anyway, I know how it goes because none of us have actual house numbers out here just boxes so I called Geniki and they said they would deliver soon and call me which i said i preferred to an actual pickup from Chania due to covid restrictions. Anyway, next thing i know - the company in Germany says they have my return and are refunding. It's a shame because when you actually go in to pick up a package Geniki are efficient. They just can't 'deliver' packages and seem to bluff and mask that fact as much as possible...weird

The worse company at our region Apokoronas((!! 2 weeks we are waiting 3 packages from Chania. They just are writing information that couldn't deliver... Why? We are always at home! They made 2 phone calls while couple seconds and it was impossible to answer so quickly... No any back connection with them! They don't answer...

I'd rather catch COVID 9 times than deal with this company again. "Inability to deliver" - appears on the tracking history - 3 days in a row - why? Well, they won't tell me. They have my 'phone number so that they can ring if they cannot find my house (I live in a small village with no road names), I have not been out the house for 3 days. I have emailed them 3 times (no answer when I ring) but they don't respond. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable - cowboys. AVOID

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with in Greece. My first experience involved them sending part of a package to me on Gavdos after considerable delays, but failing to send the main part (a solar panel). After struggling to get any response, I finally received one saying they'd given it back to the sender and I would have to deal with them...so the solar panel went all the way from Paleochora back to London and I was left with something totally useless. Again this year, they have three of my packages and message me on Viber asking me to email them. They don't respond to their emails and no one answers when I call. All I know is that they have had their tracking system showing "Unknown recipient" for over a week. I honestly do not know why these people are still in business when we have the likes of ELTA and ACS. Judging by the reviews here, they clearly do not care about dealing with customer issues. It seems pretty simple to me - if you cannot deliver to Gavdos, why accept the package? Useless.
