BEWARE. As always they said that the delivery could not find me.. call from a private number, no note on my door ( he/she did not even ring my bell) and of course the parcel will be delivered tomorrow ( never )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 7 days of shipment i went myself and picked up my delivery to the central branch of Heraklion yesterday....and the parcel was not coming from Africa , it was coming from athens....ΣΟΚ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΟΣ, the employee on the counter was fantastic although she apologize on behalf of the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have a good opinion about Geniki tachidromiki. Always delay, or not able to find our house, nit delivering at all. I am waiting now 2 weeks for a package to be delivered. They are not making an effort to call me to set up an appointment for delivery. I know there is a driver going every day to heraklion to pick up stuff for Hersonissos. But no. I can wait until my head falls off. 1 star is too much. Unfortunately....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A supplier sent a package from Athens to Heraklion on Monday. Two days later it arrived by mistake in Chania. It is now Friday and no one knows where it is. Phone is usually busy. Yesterday I had to wait for 15 minutes on the line for the person to tell me nothing more than "it left from Chania and it has not checked in yet".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. The delivery guy didn't even ring my doorbell . He just sent me a notification on Viber app saying that I wasn't home. Even though I was home. And I can't even call them to arrange a new delivery. I am caller number 2 on the line and I have been waiting for about 30 minutes. Stay away. They are lazy and rude.
