★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλή και αξιόπιστη ταχυδρομική εταιρία με αρκετά καλό τιμολόγιο σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό. Δεν είχα ποτέ πρόβλημα όσες φορές την χρησιμοποίησα.
 Good and reliable postal company with a pretty good competitive pricing. I never had a problem as many times used.

εξυπηρέτηση. Οι τιμές είναι υψηλότερες σε σχέση με τον ανταγωνισμό αλλά υποθέτω είναι της εταιρείας από τα κεντρικά.
Polite personnel. Good and immediate
service. The prices are higher than the competition but I guess it is from the central company.

Είναι το μοναδικό κατάστημα της γενικής ταχυδρομικής με τόσο ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Στο κατάστημα σε Θεσσαλονίκη(Ίωνος Δραγουμη) και Πατρα είναι αγενείς και δεν θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη
Flawless and immediate service from Eugenia!
It is the only general post office with such polite staff.
In the store in Thessaloniki (Ionos Dragoumi) and Patra are rude and do not want to serve the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάπου χάθηκε η παραγγελία. Για τρεις μέρες σερί δεν ήξεραν να μου πουν που βρισκόταν. Εννοείται ότι όσες φορές πήρα τηλέφωνο η αναμονή ήταν πάνω από 8 λεπτά. Κ πάντα υπόσχονταν να με ενημερώσουν κάτι που ποτέ δεν γινόταν. Στις 2 βδομάδες (1 - 3 μέρες ήταν να παραλάβω) ακύρωσα την παραγγελία.
