★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed their opening hours by posting a paper out of their shop and without updating Google. They never delivered my package and they do not even know where exactly is. Never answer their phones. No customer serivce. Rude people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't check with the client for delivery hours, they don't give POS to their people even for deliveries of several hundred euros, so the client has to go and collect the package himself, and at the office there is always a huge queue ... Just like the Public Post Service...Very bad quality..Avoid if you can!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't reach them on the phone, no matter the time, for at least 2 months. They prompt you through sms to call them on the phone in order to arrange the delivery, even though no note was left neither contact is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't try to deliver the package, instead they send you an sms with a phone number to call so that you arrange for the delivery time. But when you try to call they never answer. Your only option then is to go in person and collect the package yourself. Has happened many times already and counting...
Sorry, this is by far the worse courier company and service in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendant was perfect and encouraging the attitude of the attendant was really welcoming and lovely, I know it is suppose to be part of her job but not like some Greek shops I have been to, they give you attitude like if you were coming to beg them for food to eat, I prefer to order stuff online from outside Greece than going to buy them from some Greek shops, somebody really needs to address some of this Greek shops owner to treat their customers with love and respect because if not, they are the ones losing at the end of the day not me.
