I started coming to Gents because it was close to my home but even after I moved, to the other end of the city, I still kept coming. Having my haircut at Gents gives a few precious moments of relaxation, a feeling of being in a friendly place, and the chance to listen to Manos telling me about the neighborhood news, his views on current affairs, even some of the best restaurant and bar reviews! I can only hope that I will continue having my hair cut by Manos for the next 21 years.
