Gita ad Athene un disastro completo voto zero alla guida ( non Emanuela ) voto zero alla società. E' una vergona trattare le persone in questo modo. Una società che si disinteressa completamente dei clienti perchè non sono della msc crociere non ha un comportamento a tutela del consumatore. Emanuela very good and prepared super trip to Olympia. The three stars are only for you. Trip to Athene a complete disaster zero vote driving (not Emanuela) zero vote to society. It is a shame to treat people this way. A company that is completely disinterested in customers because they are not part of MSC Cruises does not have consumer protection behavior.

NA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año, realizamos dos tours con esta empresa, quedando muy contentos con el servicio recibido, los cuales contaban con un guía que hablaba 5 idiomas, entre ellos español. Sin embargo, este año hemos repetido el “tour” en Katakolon para visitar la ciudad de Olimpia. Nos vendieron un tour en español, que al final resultó ser un simple viaje de autobús a Katakolon, con ningún guía en ningún idioma. Al llegar de vuelta a Katakolon, se lo comentamos a la mujer que nos vendió el tour, poniéndonos como excusa que teníamos que habernos montado en otro autobús (cuando fueron ellos los que nos ubicaron en el autobús que nos correspondía). Además, no es una excusa válida, puesto que ellos venden traslados como si fuesen tours, y no lo son, por lo que resultó ser una estafa. En definitiva, no lo recomiendo. A year ago, we did two tours with this company, being very happy with the service received, which had a guide who spoke 5 languages, including Spanish. However, this year we have repeated the "tour" in Katakolon to visit the city of Olympia. They sold us a tour in Spanish, which in the end turned out to be a simple bus trip to Katakolon, with no guide in any language. When we got back to Katakolon, we told the woman who sold us the tour, giving us as an excuse that we had to ride another bus (when it was they who placed us on the bus that belonged to us). In addition, it is not a valid excuse, since they sell transfers as if they were tours, and they are not, so it turned out to be a scam. In short, I do not recommend it.

C	Christian Gómez Montesino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos este tour al bajarnos del crucero MSC porque el año anterior lo hicimos y tuvimos muy buena experiencia, con un guía que hablaba y explicaba toda la historia de Olimpia en 5 idiomas, incluido el nuestro (español). Sin embargo esta vez no hemos tenido ningún guía, ni en español ni en ningún idioma, a pesar de que antes de pagar le dijimos que queríamos un tour en español. El conductor solamente hablaba un poco de inglés y nunca explicó nada ni hizo la labor de guía, y lo peor de todo, casi siempre estaba hablando con el teléfono en la mano mientras conducía por calles estrechas y repletas de tráfico y curvas. A la vuelta se lo dijimos a la persona que nos lo vendió y nos dijo que lo lamentaba, que en teoría tendríamos que habernos montado en otro autobús con un guía en español, pero eso a nosotros no nos vale de nada ya y además suena a excusa barata... We hired this tour when we got off the MSC cruise because we did the previous year and had a very good experience, with a guide who spoke and explained the whole history of Olympia in 5 languages, including ours (Spanish). However, this time we have not had any guide, neither in Spanish nor in any language, although before we paid we told him that we wanted a tour in Spanish. The driver only spoke a little English and never explained anything or did the guiding work, and worst of all, he was almost always talking with the phone in his hand while driving through narrow streets full of traffic and curves. On the way back we told the person who sold it to us and told us that he was sorry, that in theory we should have ridden ourselves in another bus with a guide in Spanish, but that doesn't do us any good anymore and it also sounds like cheap excuse ...
