★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from my second stay at hotel George. It is a wonderful family feel hotel, and Yannis - the hotelmanager - is amazing, so is the staff. Always helpful and smiling. Rooms are clean and beds/towels chanted every day. Fridge and a little kitchen nook...wifi and TV. The pancakes are special for the hotel and they are yummy. I travelled with a friend on her 26th stay there and I brought my son for his first stay. We will be back next summer! Thank you, Yannis for making our holidays feel like we found a home away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location of the hotel, right in the centre of Limenaria. It is very close to Limenaria beach (2 min by foot), a small harbour, the main area of the restaurants, bazar, beach bars etc.. Also at 10-15 min by car you can reach Potos area. Iannis the owner and the staff are very nice, polite and profesional! It is for sure a very good hotel and a good place to stay for couples intersted in descovering Limenaria and also main atractions of Thassos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Standard breakfast, ok, but placed in a very narrow corner. The guy from the reception was very friendly, although a little bit condescending.. Negative: We paid for "sea view room", but actually we could see the sea only from a very stretched angle. The view was parallel to the sea. The presentation of "sea view" was at least misleading, not to say worse..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The property is located right next to the port and all the amenities, where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, along with souvenir shops and local businesses. Upon arrival we were informed that I had booked a room without sea view (which actually was not my intention) and George was kind enough to give us a room with sea view. The treatment was exceptional, as George was there for anything we needed. The hotel and room were spotless clean, with confortable beds, a spacious balcony full of sunlight all day long and air conditioning.. Negative: All was good, so there was nothing so bad about it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was nice and the people were friendly. However, if you’re staying at less modern part of the hotel, beware of a few things: there’s no hot water (a little warm at best), the refrigerator didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work, and we had to ask to get shampoo and conditioner as well as a blanket. Also, if you stay at the less modern part of the hotel, they lock the doors at night so you’ll need to go around the building to get in.
