I	Irini Sop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενική και εξυπηρετική η ιδιοκτήτρια του φαρμακείου. Δέχτηκε να με βοηθήσει, στέλνοντάς μου άμεσα (την ίδια κιόλας ημέρα), την παραγγελία μου σε κοντινό νησί, μιάς και το φαρμακείο του νησιού όπου βρισκόμουν αδυνατούσε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Να αναφέρω ότι το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο μου το πρότεινε άλλη φαρμακοποιός καθώς η ίδια δεν μπορούσε να με εξυπηρετήσει. The owner of the pharmacy is polite and helpful. He agreed to help me, sending me immediately (the same day), my order to a nearby island, since the pharmacy of the island where I was could not serve me. Let me mention that this particular pharmacy was suggested to me by another pharmacist as she could not serve me.

While waiting up in the queue to pay for what i had picked up, I tried to try on a TESTER varnish when all of a sudden a screaming woman grabbed me from the arm shouting at me that I cannot try this on. When I corrected her saying, I'm sorry but this a tester, what do you mean I cannot try it on she said, alright then go on. I said that I'd appreciate an apology and she told me it's alright. I then asked her again for an apology as I she humiliated me and she then asked me to leave even though I purchased items from the pharmacy. Rude staff. Very disappointing and also humiliating. People in Naxos so far are very impolite and invasive.

I can only say that the bad critics are done to mislead or from competitors as the pharmacy it’s the only one that provided me with free testers and treated me with the best way possible.
E	Edouard Lemasle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to this pharmacy was the worst idea i ever had. These people are completely incompetent and rude. They say they speak in english but they don't. It took me 10 minutes to explain them what i needed. I wanted to show them on my phone the thing i needed. They took my phone in their hands. THEY. DROPPED. IT. They gave me my phone back, ALL CRACKED, without a word. At the end they still made me pay my purchase. Ladies, seriously, when you break a client's phone at least APOLOGIZE. It's just called respect. How and who will pay 200€ for the repair device ?? Definitely not you

Came in to this pharmacy and there was only a old bald lady who was sitting and chatting on the phone. She didn’t acknowledge me and just stayed on the phone chatting her troubles away. I stood there for a while and give up. I love the Greek although she was the worse one I met :)

Ladies are really sweet and nice. The lady did a great job doing the test. Was really easy! And pharmacy seemed to have everything you need!
