★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απορώ με τις πεντάστερες κριτικές. Η δική μου εμπειρία σήμερα 10/11/20 είναι σχεδόν ίδια με του κ. Bill Seremetis. Παραγείλαμε ένα στρώμα εχθές για καναπέ που μας είπαν ότι λόγω διαστάσεων θα το φτιάξουν ειδικά. Το παρέδωσαν σήμερα πρωι πρωι χωρίς απόδειξη. Το στρώμα είναι εντελώς άχρηστο ποιοτικά και επιπλέον εντελώς ακατάλληλο για χρήση σε καναπέ αφού είναι 22 cm ύψος. Αρνούνται να το πάρουν πίσω λόγω ειδικών διαστάσεων. Τα χρήματα μια χαρά τα τσέπωσαν και μαύρα. Η εκτίμησή μου είναι ότι πήραν ένα μονό στρώμα και το έφεραν στις διαστάσεις που ζητήσαμε. Ελπίζω να βρούμε δίκιο με καταγγελία στιν Εφοφία και στην Προστασία Καταναλωτή.
I wonder with the five-star reviews. My experience today 10/11/20 is almost the same as that of Mr Bill Seremetis. We ordered a mattress yesterday for a sofa that we were told would make it specially due to its dimensions. They delivered it this morning without a receipt. The mattress is completely useless in quality and in addition completely unsuitable for use on a sofa as it is 22 cm high. They refuse to take it back due to special dimensions. They pocketed the money just fine and black. My assessment is that they took a single mattress and brought it to the dimensions we requested. I hope we find justice with a complaint to the Gendarmerie and Consumer Protection.
