Fantastic villa with park and pool

We spent 2 lovely weeks in this villa in July, in the company of friends of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children. Children 5-9 years. The villa is a 3-tier area with a pool, summer kitchen, and garden. The pool and the main 2-storey house with 3 bedrooms, one living room, combined with a kitchen, and two bathrooms is located on the upper level. There is also parking for 2 cars. Going down a small staircase, we get to level 2, where there is a brazier area with a large table, and another residential area with a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Even lower, there is a green garden. Everywhere a beautiful view of the sea. All residential areas are air conditioned. Kitchens are equipped with everything necessary, in the main house there is a dishwasher and washer. The place where the villa is located is a closed settlement of similar villas with a closed territory. A bit peculiar arrival to the house. It is narrow, and besides under a decent bias, it was necessary to drive in backwards so that it was more convenient for the front to go uphill. Near the pool there is a summer shower and sun beds with umbrellas. Pool cleaned every other day. Cleaning with change of bed linen 1 time per week. Before settling, we decided to settle the children on the 2nd floor of the house, and without any problems they put a cot there, because there is one 2-bed. The downside is the absence of Wi-Fi in the additional residential block of the 2nd level, it does not finish there. To a small sandy beach 700 meters. The road to the beach from the mountain, respectively, back - up the hill. The beach is convenient because it is located in a small bay with a natural breakwater, it was convenient to swim even when there were big waves on other beaches. The beach has a shower and a tavern. Sun beds are missing. The nearest shops and several taverns are close by in the village. Large supermarkets in Rethymno. The nearest Lidl, 4 kilometers. The nearest large beach with sun loungers - 5 km.
