★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα τηλ. παραγγελία 15/12/20 ένα κινητό που υπήρχε στο site της αλυσίδας ως προσφορά, ενώ ταυτόχρονα ήθελα να εκμεταλλευτώ και την προσφορά επιστροφής χρημάτων από τη eurobank. Με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι το κινητό θα είναι στο κατάστημα σε έξι ημέρες. Κάλεσα εγώ (δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ) για να μάθω ότι το κινητό δεν έχει έρθει ακόμα και θα με ενημέρωναν. Την επόμενη καλούσα ξανά το κατάστημα αλλά πλέον δεν απαντούσαν καν... Πήγα από το κατάστημα μήπως και πάρω κάποια απαντηση. Τελικά μετά από 7 ημέρες η προσφορά έχει εξαντληθεί.... Απαράδεκτη στάση από μια επώνυμη αλυσίδα...
I made a phone order on 12/15/20, a mobile phone that was on the chain's site as an offer, while at the same time I wanted to take advantage of the refund offer from eurobank. They assured me that the cell phone would be in the store in six days. I called (they never called me) to find out that the cell phone has not arrived yet and they would inform me. The next day I called the store again but they did not even answer ... I left the store in case I get an answer. Finally after 7 days the offer has been exhausted .... Unacceptable stop by a branded chain ...
