T	Tom En on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνω αίτηση στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για μεταφορά της σύνδεσης του ίντερνετ σε νέα διεύθυνση λόγω μετακόμισης. Περνάνε οι μέρες και δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση. Πηγαίνω σε κατάστημα COSMOTE να δω τι γίνεται με την πορεία της μεταφοράς και με ενημερώνει ο υπάλληλος ότι έχει γίνει αίτημα για να έρχεται ο λογαριασμός σας άλλη διεύθυνση. Ταλαιπωρία και έξτρα μέρες που είμαι χωρίς ίντερνετ στο σπίτι. I am applying to the specific store to transfer the internet connection to a new address due to moving. The days go by and I had no information. I go to a COSMOTE store to see what happens with the transfer process and the employee informs me that a request has been made for your account to come to another address. Τα Χριστούγεννα όταν προσπάθησα να το χρησιμοποιήσω ξόδεψα 10 ευρώ να αγοράσω ένα πακέτο και δεν δούλευε. Σήμερα έμαθα οτι η Cosmote κατάργησε τα 3g δίκτυα, όταν ρώτησα γιατί μου πούλησαν φλασάκι που σε 5 μήνες θα έβγαινε εκτός τεχνολογίας παρέλαβα ένα ωραίο χαμόγελο και ένα "μαλλον δεν θα γνώριζαν" (δεν ανέφερα καν οτι το είχα πάρει από το ίδιο κατάστημα). Όταν το είπα επικράτησε αμηχανία και όταν ρώτησα αν μπορώ να το αντικαταστήσω μου είπαν οτι στοιχίζει 50ευρώ και ουτε καν να μου κάνουν μια έκπτωση για τα χρήματα σε πακέτα που έχασα ή το φλασάκι που πέθανε. Το πρόβλημα φυσικά είναι παρόλα τα θέματα που μου δημιουργούσε πάντα ο όμιλος Cosmote - Γερμανός τους εμπιστεύτηκα ξανά, αλλά φυσικά για μια ακόμη φορά επιβεβαίωσαν τις πρακτικές παρόμοιες με Scam που ακολουθούν. Καλό είναι να αποφεύγεται οποιαδήποτε συνεργασία μαζί του. Προτιμώ ειλικρινά να αγοράζω πακέτα Roaming από την Αγγλική εταιρία που χρησιμοποιώ, στην τελική έρχεται και πολύ φθηνότερα από τους τοπικούς κουτοπόνηρους --- . Επιχειρήσεις στην Ελλάδα... Μια διαρκής απογοήτευση. A year ago I bought a bottle to work remotely when I visit Greece. At Christmas when I tried to use it I spent 10 euros to buy a package and it did not work. Today I learned that Cosmote abolished the 3g networks, when I asked why they sold me a bottle that in 5 months would go out of technology I received a nice smile and a "probably they would not know" (I did not even mention that I had bought it from the same store). When I said that I was confused and when I asked if I could replace it they told me that it costs 50 euros and not even give me a discount for the money in packages I lost or the bottle that died. The problem of course is despite the issues that the Cosmote - German group always created for me, I trusted them again, but of course once again they confirmed the Scam-like practices that follow. It is advisable to avoid any cooperation with him. I honestly prefer to buy Roaming packages from the English company I use, in the end it comes much cheaper than the local gossip ---. Business in Greece ... A constant disappointment.
