K	Kiriaki Koutsouridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα που έλεγχε σήμερα τα πιστοποιητικά και ήταν και στο ταμείο δυστυχως ήταν αγενέστατη, χωρίς να πληροί τις προϋποθεσεις και τις στοιχειωδεις ικανότητες ευγενικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Μάλιστα μου μιλησε με εμπάθεια και με έντονο αρνητικό τόνο φωνής όταν της επεσήμανα οτι δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα και περίμενα αρκετη ώρα , ενώ έπαιρναν τη θέση μου άλλοι πελάτες. The girl who was checking the certificates today and was at the checkout was unfortunately very rude, without fulfilling the conditions and the basic skills of polite customer service. In fact, she spoke to me with empathy and with a strong negative tone of voice when I pointed out to her that I was not served and I waited a long time, while other customers were taking my place.
D	Dimitra Dl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ έλαβα email και μήνυμα να παραλάβω αντικείμενο που είχα παραγγείλει πήγα, δεν το είχαν , "έψαχναν" να το βρουν επιμένοντας ότι δεν έχω λάβει μήνυμα, ότι κάτι άλλο θα βλέπω (ενώ τους το έδειχνα) αφήνοντας με να περιμένω αρκετή ώρα κι εξυπηρετώντας άλλους πελάτες. Τελικά δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ τονίζοντας μου ότι δεν μπορούν να ασχοληθούν με αντικείμενο αξίας 6 ευρώ και το μόνο που μπορούν να κάνουν είναι να το φέρουν άλλη μέρα, μην υπολογίζοντας φυσικά ότι δεν είναι σε όλους εφικτή η συνεχής μετακίνηση. Όλα αυτά με πολύ αγένεια από κύριο μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας και χωρίς μάσκα από κυρία εργαζόμενη. Και με πολλά ειρωνικά γέλια μεταξύ τους! While I received an email and a message to pick up an item I had ordered I went, they did not have it, they were "looking" to find it insisting that I have not received a message, that I will see something else (while I showed it to them) leaving me waiting a long time and serving others customers. In the end, I never received it, emphasizing that they can not deal with an item worth 6 euros and all they can do is bring it another day, not counting, of course, that it is not possible for everyone to move around continuously. All this with a lot of rudeness from an older boss and without a mask from a working lady. And with many ironic laughs between them!
