Κάθε εβδομάδα χρειαζόταν να πάρω τηλέφωνα για ένα θέμα που με απασχολούσε η ανταπόκριση σας ήταν άμεση!! Επίσης και στη δια ζώση συνάντηση μας η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άριστη!! Έπειτα από 20 λεπτά αναμονής( περιμέναμε στην ουρά 7 άτομα), πέρασα μέσα κι ενώ ενημέρωνα τον υπάλληλο για ένα πρόβλημα, που είχα με την Cosmote, είδα τον ιδιοκτήτη να έρχεται στον διπλανό υπολογιστή, προφανώς, για να ακούσει, τί έλεγα. Δεν είχα προλάβει να ολοκληρώσω την ενημέρωση και ξαφνικά με διακόπτει (ο ιδιοκτήτης) απευθυνόμενος στον υπάλληλό του, λέγοντάς του το εξής:"Συντόμευε, γιατί περιμένει κόσμος." Μετά από αυτό έφυγε. Έμεινα άφωνη κι άκρως ενοχλημένη από τον αγενέστατο τρόπο του. Κι ερωτώ: "Εγώ δεν είμαι πελάτισσα και μάλιστα τακτική, που περίμενε 20 λεπτά, για να εξυπηρετηθεί;" Και κάποιες φορές περιμένω περισσότερο από 20 λεπτά, χωρίς να παραπονιέμαι. Να σημειώσω εδώ πως μία κυρία, που βρισκόταν εκεί πριν από εμένα, εξυπηρετούνταν τουλάχιστον 20 λεπτά.Την έβλεπα, όσο ήμουν στην αναμονή και δεν είδα τον ιδιοκτήτη να αντιδράει κατά τον ίδιο τρόπο. Η συμπεριφορά του ήταν εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική και οφείλει να είναι ευγενικός και να δείχνει τον δέοντα σεβασμό στους πελάτες, που στηρίζουν το κατάστημά του. Yesterday I visited the store to pay my bill. After 20 minutes of waiting (we waited in line 7 people), I went inside and while informing the employee about a problem I had with Cosmote, I saw the owner coming to the next computer, obviously, to hear what I was saying. I had not had time to complete the briefing and suddenly (the owner) interrupts me, addressing his employee, saying the following: "Hurry up, because people are waiting." After that he left. I was speechless and extremely annoyed by his rude manner. And I ask: "Am I not a customer and even a regular, who waited 20 minutes to be served?" And sometimes I wait more than 20 minutes without complaining. Note here that a lady, who was there before me, was served for at least 20 minutes. I watched her while I waited and did not see the owner react in the same way. His behavior was completely unprofessional and he must be polite and show due respect to the customers who support his store.
e	eleni kokkorou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ηθελε ο υπαλληλος να σκαναρει το rapid test ηθελε να μπω στο gov.gr τελικα εφυγα και στην vodafone το σκαναρανε κανονικα οπως επρεπε.μαλλον δεν ηθελε να εξυπηρετησει. The employee did not want to scan the rapid test, he wanted me to go to gov.gr, I finally left and vodafone scanned it normally as it should. He probably did not want to serve.
M	Maria Karanastasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχο προσωπικό, απαράδεκτος υπεύθυνος. Μπήκα και φώναζε σε έναν υπάλληλο μέσα στον κόσμο. Φαντάζομαι πως είναι η κατάσταση όταν το κατάστημα είναι άδειο. Λάθη γίνονται φυσικά και δεν με ενδιαφέρει καθόλου τι λάθος έκανε ο υπάλληλος. Το να φέρεσαι με σεβασμό σε κάποιον θα έπρεπε να είναι προϋπόθεση για να παίρνεις θέση προϊσταμένου ή υπεύθυνου ή οτιδήποτε. Λίγη ντροπή από κάπου ξεκινήσατε και εσείς. Μάλλον... Great staff, unacceptable manager. I went in and he was shouting at an employee in the world. I imagine that is the situation when the store is empty. Mistakes are made of course and I do not care at all what mistake the employee made. Treating someone with respect should be a prerequisite for taking on the position of boss or manager or whatever.
