Although there was a delay in resolving my problem from the headquarters of COSMOTE, all employees without exception are very helpful, polite, and with a desire to solve every problem of their customers !!!!!! Επιπλεον μου ζήτησαν 1 ευρώ για τις 2 βεβαιώσεις κυριότητας τηλεφωνικών μου συνδέσεων! Στο ταμείο μου ειπαν οτι δεν κοστίζουν τελικά! Ακομα αναρωτιέμαι! Ευτυχώς που υπάρχει και ανταγωνισμός στην αγορά ! Bad service from an employee who wanted to sell a contract renewal package! Αναίτια καθυστέρηση 5 ημερών του προκαθορισμένου σε προπαραγγελία ενός μηνός,με την παραγγελία να "κολλάει" σε επιχειρήση ταχυμεταφορών που εδρεύει στην ίδια πόλη και μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω...Καθόλου τυχαίο που όλο και μεγαλύτερη μερίδα καταναλωτών καταφεύγει σε άλλες λύσεις για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του... Funny service, not to mention offensive, waiting for a phone call for clarifications that never came ...
