★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μαζί με τη ΔΕΗ στα Ν. Μουδανιά ό,τι χειρότερο μπορεί να συναντήσει κανείς σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Η αναμονή είναι σχεδόν πάντα μεγαλύτερη της 1 ώρας και δεν υπάρχει καμία διάθεση από πλευράς προσωπικού για διευκόλυνση του πελάτη σε ζητήματα που αφορούν προβλήματα της Cosmote, αναγκάζοντας σε να πηγαινοέρχεσαι πολλές φορές στο κατάστημα για το ίδιο ζήτημα, περιμένοντας πάντα στην ίδια ταλαίπωρη ουρά.
Υ.Γ.: Η "προκάτ" copy-paste απάντηση δυστυχώς δεν μπορεί παρά να ενισχύσει περαιτέρω τα επιχειρήματα μου για την αντίληψη του καταστήματος σχετικά με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Together with PPC in N. Moudania, the worst one can encounter in customer service. The wait is almost always longer than 1 hour and there is no staff on hand to facilitate the customer on issues related to Cosmote problems, forcing you to come and go many times in the store for the same issue, always waiting in the same troubled queue.
PS: The "pre-" copy-paste answer unfortunately can only further strengthen my arguments for the store's perception of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store operates a covid policy to limit the number of customers inside the store. however it is a complete and utter mess. everyone arrives outside and just cuts any attempt of a line with their query. the staff just need to organize a simple line system outside.
once you do get inside, its 1 customer per 1 representative - maximum 3 customers at the time. we asked to wait when we can walk in as 2 people, and were denied, with no logic. furthermore the manager of the store was extremely unhelpful and more worried about policing the number of customers than providing proper help on the matter. I felt they do not have sufficient training, sufficient information or knowledge of the product they sell.
what was the most shocking moment, is when suddenly as soon as a 4th shop representative appeared in the shop, a 4th customer was allowed in, despite the 3 customer limit on the door sign, and despite us asking previously to come in as 2 people when only 3 representatives.
have to do better!
