Mina is the best employee who ever went through a Germanou store in Megara !!! Always give you a better offer that suits your pocket !!!

Δεν είμαι σε θέση να γνωρίζω αν τα παρακάτω είναι τεχνάσματα των υπαλλήλων του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος ή της εταιρίας "ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟΣ" γενικότερα, σε κάθε περίπτωση δεν προτείνω . Όπως και να έχει παραθέτω προσωπικές εμπειρίες που οδήγησαν στη σημερινή χαμηλή μου αξιολόγηση. 1. εν μέσω του γενικού lockdown 2020 είπαν πως δε μπορούσαν να κόψουν τιμολόγιο με απαλλαγή ΦΠΑ για επιχείρηση μέσω τηλεφωνικής παραγγελίας, παρ' όλο που δεν υπήρχε άλλη εναλλακτική, αφού από τα καταστήματα δε μπορούσε να γίνει καμία πώληση συσκευής, αλλά μόνο εξόφληση λογαριασμών. Ο υπάλληλος με τον οποίο συνομίλησα μου είπε πως υποχρεωτικά θα πρέπει να κάνω την αγορά με απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης και άραα χωρίς την απαλλαγή ΦΠΑ ή να περιμένω μέχρι όποτε ανοίξουν. 2. μόλις πριν λίγες μέρες παρήγγειλα μια συσκευή μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας με το κατάστημα. Η υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε ότι η παραλαβή θα γίνει πιθανότατα Πέμπτη και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι, αν όχι Πέμπτη, καταληκτική ημέρα παράδοσης θα ήταν σίγουρα το Σάββατο. Σήμερα Σάββατο με κάλεσαν και μου είπαν ότι δε θα πραγματοποιηθεί καθόλου παραλαβή "λόγω της μεταφορικής", όπως μου δήλωσαν, καθώς από την εταιρία "τα εμπορεύματα είναι τιμολογημένα και φορτωμένα κανονικά" και έτοιμα για αποστολή. Αποτέλεσμα η παραλαβή να μετατεθεί για άλλη μια φορά, τώρα για Τρίτη. Δεν ξέρω εάν και κατα πόσο ισχύει το παραπάνω, αλλά λόγω πρότερου "άτιμου βίου", διαφυλάττω τις αμφιβολίες μου. Εννοείται πως ακύρωσα ΚΑΙ αυτή την παραγγελία, όπως και όλες τις προηγούμενες. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γι αυτή την εικόνα της εταιρίας ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟΣ στα Μέγαρα και ευελπιστώ να αλλάξει σύντομα! Μέχρι να γίνει όμως αυτό, αποθαρρύνω τον οποιοδήποτε από συνεργασία με το εν λόγω κατάτημα και την εταιρεία γενικότερα! Θα ακολουθήσουν και οι σχετικές αναφορές στους αρμόδιους φορείς. Very bad experience with the store once again! I am not able to know if the following are tricks of the employees of the specific store or the company "GERMANOS" in general, in any case I do not recommend. Anyway, I quote personal experiences that led to my current low rating. 1. in the middle of the general lockdown 2020 they said that they could not cut the invoice with VAT exemption for business through telephone order, although there was no other alternative, since from the shops no device could be sold, but only bills paid. The clerk I spoke to told me that I must make the purchase with a retail receipt and therefore without VAT exemption or wait until they open. 2. just a few days ago I ordered a device by phone with the store. The clerk informed me that the pick-up would probably take place on Thursday and assured me that, if not Thursday, the final delivery day would definitely be Saturday. Today, Saturday, they called me and told me that there would be no collection "due to the transport", as they told me, as the company "goods are invoiced and loaded normally" and ready for shipment. As a result, the receipt is postponed once again, now for Tuesday. I do not know if and to what extent the above is true, but due to a previous "dishonorable life", I preserve my doubts. Of course, I also canceled this order, as well as all the previous ones. I am really sorry for this image of the company GERMANOS in Megara and I hope it will change soon! Until that happens, however, I discourage anyone from collaborating with that store and the company in general! The relevant reports to the competent bodies will follow.
