★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ό,τι χειρότερο πραγματικά αν κάποιος θέλει να επισκεφτεί τον Γερμανό ειλικρινά καλύτερα να πάει σε άλλη περιοχή απαράδεκτοι!Εχω εγγύηση 2χρονια στο κινητό το κινητο σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί λογικά κάηκε η οθόνη η δικαιολογία για να μην μου το φτιάξουν είναι οτι το κινητο ειχε 3γρατζουνιες όταν εξήγησα οτι οι γρατζουνιες ήταν απο πριν 1χρονο που μου χε πέσει απλά με αγνόησαν και είπαν οτι δεν μπορούν ενώ ο ίδιος ο τεχνικός είχε ρεπό.Τραγικο σκάω 100 το μήνα για το συμβόλαιο ντροπή σας
The worst thing really if someone wants to visit the German honestly better to go to another area unacceptable! I have a 2-year warranty on the phone the phone stopped working logically the screen burned the excuse not to fix it is that the phone had 3 scratches when I explained that the scratches were from 1 year ago that I fell, they just ignored me and said that they can not while the technician himself had a break. Πάρα πολύ Εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους. Τους ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ για όλα και τον καθένα ξεχωριστά. Εκεί θα πηγαίνω.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο service! Σήμερα για πολλοστή φορά τους ειχε πέσει το σύστημα και δεν μπορούσαν να εκδώσουν απόδειξη…δεν θα έλεγα ομως τίποτα αν η υπάλληλος προσπαθούσε να αποσυμφορήσει τα πνεύματα. Τουναντίον ήταν αγενέστατη και εριστική!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικός υπάλληλος και τις δύο φορές που επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα. Κρίμα που μένω Καλλιθέα και δεν είναι εύκολο να πηγαίνω για κάθε θέμα εκεί. Πάντως για όποια αγορά δεν θα κάνω δεύτερη σκέψη.
Flawless service, courteous employee both times I visited the store. Too bad I live in Kallithea and it is not easy to go there for every issue. However, for any purchase I will not think twice.
