M	Michael Kavallaris (Over and Out) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οταν βρεθηκε η συζυγος μου εκει για δουλειες, εσπασε το κινητο της και πηγε στο συγκεκριμενο καταστημα να παρει κατι απλο και οικονομικο μιας και οπως εξηγησε στον αγενεστατο υπαλληλο, εχω καταστημα τεχνολογιας και θα κανονιζα την επισκευη η την αντικατασταση της συσκευης σε 10 ημερες που θα επεστρεφε. Πρωτη προταση; Κινητο 300€. Του ξανα λεει η συζυγος πως δε γνωριζει απο κινητα και θελει κατι οικονομικο να εχει ενα τηλ και ενα μεσσεντζερ για τις λιγες μερες που θα κατσει εκει. 2η προταση συσκευη 200€. Ρε παιδια, ενα απλο οικονομικο σμαρτφον δεν υπαρχει; Η απαντηση του αθλιου αυτου νεαρου ηταν "αν θες φθηνοτερο παρε νοκια με κουμπια". Φυσικα εφυγε στενοχωρημενη απο την αθλια αντιμετωπιση και πηγε σε ενα αλλο γερμανο οπου και καλο κινητο με 130€ της βρηκαν και τη βοηθησαν να περασει καρτες κλπ απο το χαλασμενο κινητο. Ντροπη για μια τετοια αλυσιδα (στην οποια εχω εργαστει και 2 χρονια) να εχει τετοιους "ανθρωπους" στην εξυπηρετηση. Πήγα Τετάρτη 18/5 για να αλλάξω φορητοτητα στο νούμερο μου και να το αλλάξω σε frog καρτοκινητη. Ήξερα ακριβώς τι ήθελα. Με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν είχαν νούμερα FROG, ΨΕΥΔΩΣ μου ειπαν ότι πρέπει πρώτα για τουλάχιστον 1 μήνα να γυρίσω το κινητό σε what's up ή κοσμοτε και μετά να γίνει Frog, κάτι που δεν ισχύει φυσικά. Το αποτέλεσμα να πάω στο κατάστημα cosmote διαβατων και να κάνω τη δουλειά μου, άλλαξα το νούμερο, και από την επόμενη μέρα είναι ενεργό. Ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση! ??? LIARS, DEPRECIATE THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE WORLD, LOSE CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR WEAKNESS. The worst service in this store. I went on Wednesday 18/5 to change portability in my number and change it to a frog prepaid. I knew exactly what I wanted.
