★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση . Προώθηση προϊόντων που τους ενδιαφέρει και όχι αυτό που ζητάει ο πελάτης. Ελπίζω να είναι στο συγκεκριμένο καστημα ( Σύρος) και όχι παντού. Από φίλους και γνωστούς έχω ακούσει καλες κριτικές για αυτή την Αλυσίδα. Ελπίζω να μην φταίει το ότι εξαγοράστηκε από τον ΟΤΕ.
 Very bad service. Promote products that interest them, not what the customer asks for. I hope to be in this particular (Syros) and not everywhere. From friends and acquaintances I've heard good reviews of this Chain. I hope it does not blame it for being bought by OTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω πώς είναι τα άλλα καταστήματα Γερμανός, το κατάστημα της Σύρου είναι κάτι παραπάνω από άριστο. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι υπέρ του δέοντος εξυπηρετικοί, φιλικοί, ασχολούνται με τις πραγματικές σου ανάγκες. Δεν είναι τυχαίο που το προτιμά όλο το νησί!
I don't know what the other Germanos stores are like, the Syros store is more than excellent. The employees are very helpful, friendly, they take care of your real needs. It is no coincidence that the whole island prefers it!

It does not have many things especially ps4 / 5 cassettes and you eat waiting until you get the one you want
