Ήθελε να μου κάνει μαθήματα για τις εφαρμογές των τραπεζών λες και εγώ δεν τις χρησιμοποιώ ήταν χαμογελαστή και με πολύ αγενής. Θεωρώ ότι πρόβλημα και να έχει ο κάθε υπάλληλος θα πρέπει να το αφήνει στην άκρη. Την αγορά που έκανα την έκανα γιατί το παλικάρι που με εξυπηρέτησε ήξερε τη δουλειά του και μπράβο του. Στην συνέχεια η συμπεριφορά τουλάχιστον 2 υπαλλήλων ήταν επιεικώς αγενής έως επιθετική. Η μία κυρία όταν της ζήτησα το όνομα της μου είπε ότι έχει δικαίωμα να μην με εξυπηρετήσει και να με βγάλει από το μαγαζί. Όταν ήρθε η σειρά μου εμφανίστηκε ένας νεαρός υπάλληλος με το ρούτερ που ζητούσα. Την λύση την κατάφερα μιλώντας με την cosmote μια χαρά και ωραία για κάτι που στον Γερμανό ήταν απόλυτοι ότι δεν γινόταν.Αν δεν επέμενα....θα έμενα με το πρόβλημα για 2 χρόνια. Απαράδεκτη η cosmote που έκλεισε το κατάστημα Κορωπίου και είμαστε αναγκασμένοι να πηγαίνουμε στον Γερμανό και να δεχόμαστε την αγένεια και τις προσβολές . Το να μου απαντήσουν από τον Γερμανό ότι λυπούνται κ.τ.λ δεν μου λέει τίποτα ..... Το καλύτερο θα είναι να εποπτεύει η cosmote τα καταστήματα με τα οποία συνεργάζεται .
