Μου είπαν και τις δύο φορές που πήγα ότι θα το παραγγείλουν και θα μου τηλεφωνήσουν. Δεν επικοινώνησαν ποτέ μαζί μου. I went to my cell phone for repair, 2 times, asking for a change in the camera glass. I was told both times I went that they would order it and call me. They never contacted me.

V	Vasilis Martharis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε το κινητό μας, iPhone 5 με προβλήματα στην οθόνη αφής για επισκευή. Μετά από ένα μήνα και ενώ υπήρχε πληροφόρηση στυλ "την επόμενη βδομάδα θα έρθει το ανταλλακτικό" μας ενημέρωσαν πως το κινητό δε μπορούσε να επιδιόρθωθει. Όταν πήγαμε να παραλάβουμε τη συσκευή πίσω (μας επιστράφηκαν τα χρήματα που είχαμε δώσει) παρατηρήσαμε πως έλειπε η οθόνη τελείως! Στη διαμαρτυρία μας για την πλήρη απουσία της οθόνης μας ενημέρωσαν πως "ήταν σπασμένη από την αρχή" και αρνήθηκαν να την επιστρέψουν λέγοντας μας πως την πέταξαν για ανακύκλωση! Η οθόνη είχε απλώς προβλήματα αφής, δεν ήταν επουδενί ραγισμένη, σπασμένη ή γρατσουνισμενη. Δεν συνιστάται το κατάστημα, συμπεριφορά απατεώνων! Υ.Γ. Δεχθήκαμε επικοινωνία από την εταιρία κατά την οποία μας ενημέρωσαν πως "δε μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι" , πως "το κατάστημα μας είπε διαφορετική ιστορία" και τέλος "μπορείτε να το λύσετε απευθείας με το κατάστημα". We took our mobile phone, iPhone 5 with problems on the touch screen for repair. After a month and while there was information "next week the spare part will come" they informed us that the mobile phone could not be repaired. When we went to pick up the device back (we were refunded the money we had given) we noticed that the screen was completely missing! In our protest for the complete absence of the screen, they informed us that "it was broken from the beginning" and refused to return it, telling us that it was thrown away for recycling! The screen just had touch problems, it was nowhere cracked, broken or scratched. The store is not recommended, fraudulent behavior! Υ.Γ. We received a communication from the company during which they informed us that "they can not do anything", that "the store told us a different story" and finally "you can solve it directly with the store".
D	Dimitra Dimitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για κλείσιμο. Τι να πρωτοσχολιάσω. Επανειλημμένα δεν απαντούν στα τηλέφωνα με τη δικαιολογία ότι έχουν δουλειά! Όχι μόνο δεν εξυπηρετούν πελάτες αλλά επιπλέον "κοροϊδεύουν" ότι το προϊόν που ζητήθηκε είναι στο δρόμο και έρχεται σήμερα, αύριο, παραμεθαύριο. To close. What to comment on first. They repeatedly do not answer the phones with the excuse that they have a job! Not only do they not serve customers but they also "mock" that the requested product is on the way and is coming today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow.
