★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι υπάλληλοι. 4 άτομα στο κατάστημα και έκαναν άπειρη ώρα να τους εξυπηρετήσουν και εμείς έξω περιμέναμε τα χρόνια. Αν δουλεύατε με αυτους τους ρυθμούς στην Αθήνα θα σας είχαν απολύσει
 Unacceptable employees. 4 people in the store and made endless time to serve them and we outside have been waiting for years. If you worked at this rate in Athens you would have been fired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για ακόμα μια φορά απογοήτευση από το δίκτυο Γερμανός.Παρηγγειλα μέσω eshop μια τηλεόραση πριν πέντε μέρες στην τιμή των 149€ και εφόσον έλεγξα πρώτα τη διαθεσιμότητα στο κατάστημα Ερέτριας που ήθελα ζήτησα να την παραλάβει η μητέρα μου από εκεί.Η πληρωμή έγινε αμέσως με χρέωση της κάρτας μου.Σημερα λοιπόν μας παίρνουν και λένε ότι ακυρώνεται η παραγγελία γιατί δεν έχουν την tv (πέντε μέρες μετά) και με έκπληξη διαπιστώνω ότι η εν λόγω τηλεόραση υπάρχει στο eshop με μεγαλύτερη τιμή.Πιο τραγικοί πεθαίνεις.Εννοειται πως τα χρήματα δεν τα βλέπω ακόμα στο λογαριασμό μου καθώς θέλει μέχρι και 15 μέρες για την επιστροφή.Κατά τα άλλα τα είχαν πάρει αμέσως όμως.Το χειρότερο eshop που υπάρχει και το όνομα μόνο για το θεαθηναι.Περαστικά μου και να μου γίνει μάθημα.Επρεπε να τριτωσει το κακό.Κλειστε το κύριοι το eshop σας αν δεν μπορείτε να το υποστηρίξετε και μην κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο.
Once again a disappointment from the Germanos network. I ordered a TV through eshop five days ago at the price of € 149 and since I first checked the availability at the Eretria store I wanted I asked my mother to pick it up from there. Payment was made immediately with a charge of my card. So today they take us and say that the order is canceled because they do not have the tv (five days later) and I am surprised to find that this TV is in the eshop at a higher price. You die more tragically. Of course the money does not I still see it in my account as it takes up to 15 days for the return. Otherwise they had taken it immediately, however. Close your eshop, gentlemen, if you can not support it and do not make fun of people.

Very pleasant and helpfull stuff. One beautifull girl help me do all setup and add some free GBs via some cosmos app (btw, all in greek which I dont know a word of, unfortunatelly since sound like poetic language).
While waiting for the procedure to be done, done aome lookaround the store and they have most of essencial stuff a tourist needs. Chargers, phone masks, phones, mouses, keyboards, photo papers and printing machine, also lot more of multimedia electronic hardware and gadgets.
Also, they speek english quite well and I got detailed answers to all my questions.
