M	Maria Georgopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση δεν υπάρχει! Ολα τα παιδιά είναι άψογα κ γι'αυτο είναι πάντα γεμάτο κόσμο...η ουρά πολλές φορές είναι τόσο μεγάλη που σε απογοητεύει! Η εξυπηρέτηση όμως είναι ταχεία...οπότε αξίζει η αναμονή! Σας ευχαριστούμε για τα μαθήματα επαγγελματισμου κ ευγένειας!! Such service does not exist! All the children are impeccable and this is always full of people ... the queue is so great that it disappoints you! But the service is fast ... so it's worth waiting! Thank you for courtesy and courtesy courses !!

V	Vasia Kost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα προπαραγγελια ενα προϊον τον Απριλη και με διαβεβαιωσαν οτι μεσα σε 2 μερες θα χει ερθει. Το προϊον οχι απλα δεν ηρθε, αλλα αναγκαστικα να πηγαινω καθε εβδομαδα να ρωταω λεγοντας μου οτι σε λιγες μερες θα χουν νεα παραλαβη. Τελικα, μεσα Ιουλιου με ενημερωνουν με αγενεια κιολας πως δεν εκαναν ποτε την προπαραγγελια και αμα θελω να παω να το παραγγειλω απο αλλου. I pre-ordered a product in April and they assured me that it will arrive in 2 days. The product not just did not come, but I have to go every week to ask, telling me that in a few days they will have a new receipt. Finally, in mid-July, they rudely inform me that they never placed the pre-order and if I want to go, I can order it from somewhere else.

Γνώστες της τεχνολογίας, σου προσφέρουν & προτείνουν λύσεις & βοήθεια περισσότερο & από αυτά που ζητάς! ? Έχουν & πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία σε ό,τι έχει να κάνει με κινητά, τηλ, κλπ! ? Το κακό της υπόθεσης είναι..η εταιρεία που συνεργάζονται αυτά τα φοβερά άτομα... ? Η COSMOTE ΔΕΝ ΑΞΙΖΕΙ ΠΛΕΟΝ ΝΑ ΑΣΧΟΛΕΙΣΑΙ ΜΑΖΙ ΤΗΣ!!! Από την μια μέρα στην άλλη άλλαξαν την προσφορά, ΣΕ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ, με πολύ λιγότερα gigabyte internet, χειρότερη συσκευή δωρεάν - που δικαιούμαι, μετά από 20 χρόνια πελάτης!! Σαν να μην έφταναν αυτά, ενώ είχα συμφωνήσει για αναβάθμιση σταθερής τηλεφωνίας + internet + TV στο σπίτι & περίμενα router & αποκωδικοποιητή με courier, με πήραν τηλ με 5 μέρες καθυστέρηση, να μου πουν ότι δεν έχω την εμβέλεια, ενώ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΟΣ ΤΗΣ COSMOTE που είχε έρθει 4 μήνες πριν, είχε ελέγξει ότι έχω πολύ περισσότερο!! ????? Μείον 5 ? για την COSMOTE!!! - Μόνο χρήματα θέλουν, παρέχοντας λιγότερα οφέλη & προνόμια... ????? The people in "Germanos" are incredibly helpful !!! ? Experts in technology, offer you & suggest solutions & help more & than what you ask! ? They have a very large variety in everything that has to do with mobile phones, phones, etc! ? The bad thing is..the company that these awesome people work with ... ? COSMOTE IS NO LONGER WORTH DEALING WITH HER !!! From one day to the next they changed the offer, TO WORSE, with much less gigabytes of internet, worse device for free - which I am entitled to, after 20 years of customer !! As if that were not enough, while I had agreed to upgrade landline telephony + internet + TV at home & I was waiting for a router & decoder by courier, they called me 5 days late, to tell me that I do not have the scope, while a COSMOTE TECHNICIAN who had came 4 months ago, had checked that I have much more !! ????? Minus 5 ? for COSMOTE !!! - They only want money, providing less benefits & privileges ...
