Αλλά κατά την τελευταία μου επίσκεψη σήμερα το πρωί Τετάρτη 20/10/2021 για την αλλαγή της κάρτας sim σε e-sim , η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού και ειδικότερα των τεσσάρων κοριτσιών ήταν εξαιρετική , πολύ περισσότερο του προσδοκώμενου . Ολοκλήρωσαν με ιδιαίτερη προθυμία και ευγένεια την όλη διαδικασία από την έκδοση μέχρι και την εγκατάσταση της στο κινητό μου , το οποίο είχα αγοράσει την προηγούμενη ημέρα από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα της εταιρείας . Μου έλυσαν απορίες και βοήθησαν σε ρυθμίσεις του επίσης . Τις ευχαριστώ πολύ δημόσια και εκφράζω τα συγχαρητήρια μου στην Διεύθυνση του Καταστήματος για το προσωπικό του . But during my last visit this morning Wednesday 20/10/2021 to change the sim card to e-sim, the service of the staff and especially of the four girls was excellent, much more than expected. They completed with great willingness and courtesy the whole process from the issue to its installation on my mobile, which I had bought the day before from the company's online store. They solved my questions and helped with its settings as well. I thank them very publicly and express my congratulations to the Management of the Store for its staff. G	Gianis Kostoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτοι..είχα παραγγείλει τηλέφωνο που ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο για παράδοση .. έδωσα προκαταβολή και από εκεί και πέρα άρχισε η κοροϊδία από μέρα σε μέρα που πήγενα στο κατάστημα να μου λένε θα σας πάρουμε μόλις έρθει και μετά από 14 μέρες μου ήταν ότι δεν υπάρχει .....το ελάχιστο ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ They are unacceptable..I had ordered a phone that was immediately available for delivery .. I gave a deposit and from there on the joke started from day to day when I went to the store to be told we would pick you up as soon as it arrived and after 14 days I was not there is ..... the minimum UNACCEPTABLE

Επαγγελματισμός, ευγένεια και εξυπηρετηση, κάτι το οποίο λείπει από ανάλογα καταστήματα. The most polite and helpful staff I have met in stores culminating in Mrs. Eleni. A big thumbs up to all the kids. Professionalism, courtesy and service, something that is missing from similar stores.
S	Stefanos Tsionis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίνοντας αποκλειστικά το τμήμα service και όχι εξ ολοκλήρου το κατάστημα, έχω να αναφέρω τα εξής. Δυστυχώς κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μου, οι οποίες φυσικά πηγάζουν από το μέγεθος του ονόματος Γερμανός. Για μια εκτίμηση ζημιάς, πιθανώς στην τροφοδοσία της πλακετας και άνοιγμα της συσκευής, ο υπάλληλος ισχυρίστηκε πως θα επιβαρυνθω και με το κόστος αντικατάστασης της οθόνης, η οποία ήταν πλήρως λειτουργική, απλώς ειχε ένα σπάσιμο στη μία γωνια της. Φυσικα δεν το δέχτηκα και ο υπάλληλος φάνηκε φανερά 'ανακουφισμένος'. Αν όντως είναι αυτή η πολιτική της εταιρείας για να αποθαρρύνουν τους πελάτες να ασχολούνται με 'σκάρτες' συσκευές και να αγοράζουν κατευθείαν καινούργιες, τι να πω, λυπάμαι. Judging exclusively the service department and not the store as a whole, I have to mention the following. Unfortunately lower than my expectations, which of course stem from the size of the German name. For a damage assessment, possibly in the power supply of the board and opening of the device, the employee claimed that I would be charged with the cost of replacing the screen, which was fully functional, it just had a break in one corner. Of course I did not accept it and the employee seemed obviously 'relieved'. If this is indeed the policy of the company to discourage customers from dealing with 'junk' devices and buying new ones directly, what can I say, I'm sorry.
