B	Babis Andonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από την κοπέλα στην είσοδο του καταστήματος που ενώ δεν είχα την ταυτότητα μου, ως φυσικό έγγραφο, μου πρότεινε να την δει ηλεκτρονικά που την είχα στο κινητό μου. Αντίστοιχη αντιμετώπιση δεν είχα από το παραδιπλανο κατάστημα της Vodafone... απ' όπου έφυγα άπραγος.... Very good service from the girl at the entrance of the store who, while I did not have my ID, as a physical document, suggested that I see it electronically that I had on my mobile phone. I did not have a corresponding treatment from the adjacent Vodafone store ... from where I left unscathed ....

Very rude, with cardinal style and devaluation, the 2 main ones and I wonder why ... Also 10 minutes counted to get a proof of purchase ..
Α	Αναστάσιος Γκιούλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απ’όσο διαβάζω και από τα υπόλοιπα αρνητικά σχόλια βλέπω πως η εξυπηρέτηση δεν είναι το φόρτε του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος. Πραγματοποιήθηκε άφιξη στις 15/02 για ενεργοποίηση e-sim 20:20 ημέρα Τρίτη με 2 υπαλλήλους μέσα στο μαγαζί και ήμουν ο μοναδικός πελάτης. Ενώ περίμενα ο υπάλληλος μιλούσε με κάποιον πελάτη στο τηλέφωνο για μία παραλαβή που τελικά δεν είχε καταλάβει κάτι σωστά ο υπάλληλος. Αφού έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα αν μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω την μετατροπή σε e-sim με ενημέρωσε πως υπάρχει πρόβλημα με τις e-sim και θα μείνω χωρίς τηλέφωνο για μέρες και το πρόβλημα είναι γενικό. Δυστυχώς ως πρώην συνάδελφος επικοινώνησα με άλλο κατάστημα και εξυπηρετήθηκα, αλλά δεν έχουν όλοι οι πελάτες αυτή την ευχέρεια… Μπορούσε τουλάχιστον να μην χρησιμοποιήσει τον εκφοβισμό για την διακοπή υπηρεσιών, ας με ενημέρωνε πως δεν ξέρει πως να το ολοκληρώσει ή ότι σχολάει σε 40 λεπτά και έχει άλλες δουλειές να κάνει. Μακριά, μακριά, μακριά ! Η υπάλληλος στο ταμείο ευγενική, ο υπάλληλος στην “καρδιά” απρόθυμος… From what I read and from the other negative comments I see that the service is not the burden of this store. Arrival took place on 15/02 to activate e-sim 20:20 on Tuesday with 2 employees inside the store and I was the only customer. While I was waiting, the employee was talking to a customer on the phone about a receipt that the employee had not understood correctly. After the phone hung up and I asked if I could complete the conversion to e-sim he informed me that there is a problem with the e-sim and I will be without a phone for days and the problem is general. Unfortunately, as a former colleague, I contacted another store and was served, but not all customers have this opportunity… He could at least not use bullying to interrupt services, let me know that he does not know how to complete it or that he finishes in 40 minutes and has other work to do. Far, far, far away! The cashier is polite, the cashier is reluctant…
