★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε το Τάμπλετ για επισκευή αλλά μας είπαν πως θα κόστιζε120€ για αντικατάσταση οθόνης και ζητήσαμε να το πάρουμε πίσω.
Και όταν πήγαμε να βγάλουμε την κάρτα μνήμης από το μέσα διαπιστώσαμε πως την είχαν σπάσει μεθοδικά!!!!
Μας εκδικηθείκαν επειδή δεν μπορεσαμε να το επισκευάσουμε!
We went to the Tablet for repair but we were told it would cost € 120 for a screen replacement and we asked to get it back.
And when we went to remove the memory card from the inside we found that it had been broken methodically !!!!
They took revenge on us because we could not repair it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελεος!!! Προσπαθουν να πουλησουν φυκια για μεταξωτες κορδελες!! Ενω εσυ ζητας να αγορασεις μια απλη καρτα κινητου, εκεινοι προσπαθουν με την καθε ευκαιρια να πλασαρουν προγραμματα ομιλιας των 80 ή και των 150 ευρω τον μηνα , νομιζοντας οτι ολοι εμεις ειμαστε επιχειρηματιες.
Mercy!!! They are trying to sell seaweed for silk ribbons !! While you are asking to buy a simple mobile card, they try at every opportunity to place talk programs of 80 or even 150 euros per month, thinking that we are all entrepreneurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! Είχα κάνει ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία με παραλαβή από το κατάστημα ένα μήνα πριν. Μετά από δύο επισκέψεις στο κατάστημα, οι υπάλληλοι είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν κάτι, ούτε να ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία που είχα πληρώσει ήδη με κάρτα. Το μόνο που μπορούσε να γίνει είναι, να επικοινωνήσω εγώ με τα κεντρικά στην Αθήνα. Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, ενημερώθηκα ότι η παραγγελία μου βρισκοταν στο κατάστημα μόλις 5 μέρες από την παραγγελία. Είχαν 3 εβδομάδες την παραγγελία μου και δεν ενημέρωσαν πότε για την παραλαβή του!
Unacceptable service! I had placed an online order upon receipt from the store a month ago. After two visits to the store, the clerks said they could not do anything, nor cancel the order I had already paid by card. All that could be done was for me to contact the headquarters in Athens. After a phone call, I was informed that my order was in the store just 5 days after the order. They had 3 weeks for my order and did not inform me when to receive it!
