★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικές οι δύο Κυρίες που με εξυπηρέτησαν,άψογες,κατατοπιστικές,άκρως επαγγελματίες και ευγενέστατες.Μέσα σε δέκα λεπτά διεκπαιρεωσαν ότι δεν μπόρεσαν στην προηγούμενη εταιρεία με την οπολια είχα σύνδεση.Εξαιρετικοί όπως και ο ιδιοκτήτης

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατοι και απρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Στο πρόβλημα που είχα αντί να με συνδράμουν δήλωσαν κατευθείαν αδυναμία χωρίς καν να ψαξουν, με λοιδόρησαν μου μίλησαν με υπεροψία και αγένεια και με παρέπεμψαν σε άλλο κατάστημα. Όπου τελικά πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα Γερμανός στην Αθήνα και αποδείχτηκε οτι είχαν κάνει και λάθος στο Ναύπλιο!!!
 Rude and reluctant to serve. In the problem I had, instead of helping me, they directly declared their weakness without even looking, they insulted me, spoke to me with arrogance and rudeness and referred me to another store. Where I finally went to another Germanos store in Athens and it turned out that they had made a mistake in Nafplio !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specific store sold to senior citizen customer the 4G version of a tablet (+ 60% higher price compared to the non-4G, 4G support was not requested by customer). Sold also a non-fitting case with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away, both from the specific store and from the chain: they knowingly sold me a power bank *with the wrong usb end* (wrong both for my phone and for my charger), then shamelessly tried to sell me additional cables and charger that would (supposedly) be right for the power bank(!) for an additional 30€(!), and then, acting all angry and impatient, refused to give me a refund for the power bank *they knew all along I couldn't use*. I wrote a letter to the Germanos helpline requesting a refund *a month ago*, and never heard back. UPDATE: INFURIATING ME EVEN FURTHER, THEY ARE ASKING ME *BELOW* TO SEND THE SAME LETTER (AS OF 31/1/22) TO THE SAME HELPLINE!
