★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχει υπάρξει φορα που να απευθύνθηκα και να μην εφυγα πλήρως ικανοποιημένη. Οκ υπάρχει κάποια αναμονή προ εξυπηρέτησης αλλα επισπεύδουν κατα το δυνατόν το χρόνο αυτο και το καταφέρνουν ακριβώς επειδή το εν λόγω κατάστημα ειναι επαρκως επανδρωμένο! Αξίζει να επισημανθεί οτι η ευγενία του προσωπικού σαφώς συμβάλλει στην διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων
There has never been a time when I addressed and did not leave completely satisfied. Ok there is some waiting before service but they hurry as much as possible this time and they succeed just because the store in question is adequately staffed! It is worth noting that the courtesy of the staff clearly contributes to the processing of requests

Το προσωπικο εξυπηρετει πολυ χαλαρα.
Αφου εκανα ανανεωση χρόνου ομιλίας στο καρτοκινητό μου, ζήτησα να μου κάνουν και ανανεωση πακέτου που δεν έγινε ποτέ αν και ο υπάλληλος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι είχε γίνει.
Ενω απο παλαιότερες συναλλαγες που ειχα με το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα κατάλαβα ότι δεν διαθέτουν καθόλου επαγγελματισμό και δεν γνωρίζουν το αντικείμενο, οχι τοσο οσο θα έπρεπε.
Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω κι ας χρειαστεί να κανω χιλιομετρα για αλλο υποκατάστημα της εταιρειας Γερμανός.

The staff is very relaxed.
After I renewed my airtime on my prepaid phone, I asked for a package renewal, which was never done, although the clerk assured me that it had been done.
From previous transactions I had with this store I realized that they do not have any professionalism and do not know the subject, not as much as they should.
I am not going to go again even though I have to do kilometers for another branch of the German company.
