Σε επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση cosmote το αίτημα μου ήταν εφικτό, απορίας άξιο ότι μου αρνήθηκαν στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα Γερμανός κάτι που υλοποιήθηκε σε μόλις 7 λεπτά στο εξαιρετικό κατάστημα της cosmote στην ίδια περιοχή. Κρίμα... Unfortunately, if the process for the store is not "profitable", it simply "can not be done". My girlfriend answered with a "dry" not what I was asking for. In contact with the cosmote service my request was possible, it is questionable that I was denied in the specific Germanos store, something that was realized in just 7 minutes in the excellent cosmote store in the same area. Pity...

Firstly one has to contact the exact store the item was purchased to find out about the procedure. After 2 hours trying to reach them they finally picked up and told us that we had until the next day to change the item. We go to the store, wait for 45 minutes outside only to be told that they cannot change it because it was opened and that it was written in the small text..like we ever saw that anywhere.. sorry but this is not reliable customer service.

I highly recommend the people working in this store, for their professionalism, curtesy, positive vibe.
