E	Eri Hol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση σου εξηγούν ότι χρειάζεται βοηθάνε κάνουν όσο πιο γρήγορα γίνεται.το μόνο μείον ίσως είναι ότι δε βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ κοντά αλλά σαν εξυπηρέτηση δεν παίζονται Amazing service they explain to you that you need help they do it as fast as possible. The only minus maybe is that you can not easily find parking nearby but as a service they are not played
P	Pita Giro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο φορές πήγα για να αγοράσω games για το PS4. Και τις δύο φορές δεν τα είχαν διαθέσιμα και τα παρήγγειλα από το κατάστημα. Την πρώτη φορά τα προϊόντα παρέμειναν στην αποθήκη τους χωρίς να λάβω ενημέρωση μέχρι να πάρω εγώ. Την δεύτερη φορά όταν έκανα την παραγγελία το προϊόν είχε έκπτωση, και όταν πήγα να το παραλάβω μου το έδωσαν σε κανονική τιμή. Δεν συμφωνώ με την πολιτική της εταιρίας. Twice I went to buy games for the PS4. Both times they were not available and I ordered them from the store. For the first time the products remained in their warehouse without receiving any updates until I received them. The second time I made the order the product was discounted, and when I went to get it I was given a normal price. I do not agree with company policy.

Είχα την τύχη να με εξυπηρετήσει μια εξαιρετική υπάλληλος η οποία έκανε όλες τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες ώστε να προμηθευτώ ένα tablet το οποίο ήταν σε περιορισμένη διαθεσιμότητα. Υπέροχη η υπάλληλος και μπράβο στο κατάστημα ΓΕΡΜΑΝΌΣ Κιλκίς που έχει τέτοιους υπαλλήλους. 5 αστέρια και λίγα είναι. Excellent service. I was fortunate to be served by an excellent employee who made every effort to procure a tablet which was in limited availability. The employee is wonderful and well done to the GERMANOS Kilkis store that has such employees. 5 stars and few.
f	fofo n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την τελευταία φορά που αγόρασα κινητό ή κατάσταση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Το κινητό δεν είχε φορτιστή και κανένας υπάλληλος δεν μου το είπε. Ούτε όταν το παρήγγειλα ούτε όταν το παρέλαβα. Νομίζω ότι η υπάλληλος με μάλωσε κιόλας γιατί δεν μου το είπε η πρώτη υπάλληλος όταν το παρήγγειλα. Η οποία δεν ήξερε τίποτα. Κάθε φορά που την ρωτούσα κάτι έλεγε δεν ξέρω. Κατά τα αλλά εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό. Ακόμα και όταν ζήτησα τον υπεύθυνο μου απάντησε ότι δεν είναι εκεί. Παρεμπιπτόντως έχω αγοράσει τουλάχιστον 10 κινητά από εκεί. Λυπάμαι πολύ The last time I bought a cell phone or status it was unacceptable. The cell phone did not have a charger and no employee told me. Neither when I ordered it nor when I received it. I think the clerk argued with me because the first clerk did not tell me when I ordered it. Which knew nothing. Every time I asked her something she said I do not know. According to the specialized staff. Even when I asked the person in charge, he replied that he was not there. By the way I have bought at least 10 mobile phones from there. I'm so sorry
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο κέντρο της πόλης. Έχω όμως ένα παράπονο. Τα κορίτσια δε με συμπεριφερθηκαν ωραία. Είχαν ειρωνεία κ κάποια στιγμή στο τηλέφωνο που μίλησα μαζί τους ύψωσαν τη φωνή τους....δεν πρέπει να γίνονται τέτοια. Ο πελάτης ακόμη μη κ αν έχει κάνει λάθος πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται με σεβασμό! Down town. But I have a complaint. The girls did not treat me well. They were ironic and at some point on the phone I spoke to them they raised their voices .... such things should not happen. The customer still has to be treated with respect even if he has made a mistake!
