Ζητας καινουργιο αριθμο για καρτοτηλεφωνο cosmote σου λενε δεν εχουμε
Ζητας να σε εξυπηρετησουν για επαναλειτουργεια αριθμου σου λενε δεν γινετε σε εμας φυγε
Οσες φορες και να πηγα στο καταστημα των Πετραλωνων δεν εξυπηρετηθηκα ποτε
 You ask for a pin card to change from 4 to 5 g, they tell you we do not have '
You ask for a new number for cosmote prepaid phone, they tell you we do not have it
You ask to be served for re-opening your number, they say do not become one with us, leave
No matter how many times I went to the Petralona store, I was never served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά την ενίσχυση του προσωπικού με νέα άτομα με όρεξη για δουλειά και υπομονή προς τους "άσχετους" πελάτες, με άψογη συμπεριφορά η εξυπηρέτηση πλέον στο κατάστημα αυτό είναι άριστη. Ελπίζω να διατηρηθεί!
After strengthening the staff with new people with an appetite for work and patience towards the "irrelevant" customers, with impeccable behavior, the service in this store is now excellent. I hope it is maintained!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Όχι από όλο το προσωπικό.απο ένα παλικάρι που δεν τον ξέρω φυσικά.η κοπέλα με τα σγουρά μαλλιά ευγενέστατη κ εξυπηρετηκοτατη. Πελάτης δεν είναι μόνο όποιος είναι στην cosmote αλλά ο καθένας που θα μπει μέσα στο οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα είτε για να κάνει κάποια αγορά είτε για να κάνει ακόμα και μια ερώτηση .ευχαριστώ πολύ
Unacceptable behavior. Not from all the staff. From a lad I do not know of course. The girl with curly hair is very kind and very helpful. Customer is not only whoever is in cosmote but anyone who will enter any store either to make a purchase or to even ask a question .thank you very much
