★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly traditional Cretan food. Quite typical for this area. I cannot say it impressed me but was ok in terms of meals. No restaurant decoration for the meals. Quite plain. Fish is a save choice. Desserts are not available. Typically packed in the evening so I would suggest to book a table in advance. Just brought a chocolate cake (probably from the shop), not what I like, so I didn’t eat it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family restaurant and you can taste it. We tried 4 different dishes and starters and all was extraordinary and delicious - and also simple, because you get just meat and side, like rice, spaghetti, french frites. If you like, you can order some salads etc, but if you want to feel taste of meat or another dish, try to taste it one by one and not mix.
At the end you get some dessert. We were happy to get chocolate cake - it was perfectly prepared and on of the best we ever tried (and we tried a lot if good restaurants and 5stars hotels).
Must visit.
Please remember that restaurants are opened at evening - 6:30 or so. So if you visit this street afternoon, it may be empty - no people no tables, closed restaurants. But please come after sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. Great food and fantastic service. The hostess Sofia was very accommodating and sorted kids portions, vegetarian options etc effortlessly. Sorry, I ate some of my food before I took the pic. Couldn't wait. We called a day in advance to book and they even sorted a birthday cake for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just the best! The owner was so lovely and recommended we try the prawns in tomato and feta and OMG we’ve been craving them ever since. Lovely picturesque spot in the town with a lovely ambience too. All dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend this place enough - please try it.
