Ο συντονισμός ειναι κυρίως δική τους ευθύνη! Κρίμα! Φαίνεται πως τα έχετε φορτώσει αλλού! Delicious food. Μετά από δυο ωρες αναμονής ενημερωθήκαμε πως ξέχασε να δώσει την παραγγελια για το κυρίως πιάτο! Unfortunately we had to remind every order to get it to our table. Eventually we left having eaten only salad and pies. After two hours of waiting we were informed that he forgot to place the order for the main course!

Το προσωπικό του δεν είναι και ότι το καλύτερο όσο αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικο και πρόθυμο Αλλά αργω και "τσαπατσουλικο". Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά καλές. Την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο έχει τραπεζάκια στην πλατεία, το οποίο σε μια οικογένεια με παιδιά μπορεί να προσφέρει μεγάλη άνεση καθώς τα παιδιά μπορούν να παίζουνε άνετα και ασφαλή ενώ οι γονείς περνάνε λίγο ποιοτικό χρόνο. A corner shop in Piazza Rimini, which has a somewhat special decoration, which has been improved recently, I would say, provides meat-eating services with a rich variety and good quality goods. The staff is not the best in terms of service, polite and willing. But I am also "sloppy". The prices are quite good. Προσέχουν με ευγένεια όταν ζητάς κάτι λόγω ιδιαίτερης κατάστασης(στην δίκη μου περίπτωση εγκυμοσύνη) και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και ντελιβεράς! Ευχαριστούμε! Very nice and quality food! They pay attention when you ask for something due to a special situation (in my case pregnancy) and very kind staff and delivery! Thanks!

Έχουμε υποφέρει από την απέραντη καθυστέρηση. Το χειρότερο όμως και αυτό που μας έκανε να απορριψουμε το μαγαζί ήταν η άξεστη συμπεριφορά του αφεντικού και του προσωπικού οι οποίοι όχι μόνο δεν δέχονται την κριτική αλλά μας προσεβαλλαν άνευ λόγου και αιτίας επανειλημμένως. Στο τηλέφωνο δεν ακούν τον πελάτη πάρα μιλούν ακατάπαυστα και φωνάζουν ώστε να δικαιολογησουν τα αδικαιολογητα. We have placed endless orders from the store. We are 2 minutes from the store. We have received countless wrong orders. We have suffered from the immense delay. But the worst and what made us reject the store was the rude behavior of the boss and the staff who not only did not accept the criticism but repeatedly insulted us for no reason. They do not listen to the customer on the phone, they talk incessantly and shout to justify the unjustified.

The only disappointing part was that they were pretty late for my order (about 50' instead of 30' as it was supposed to be). Otherwise everything was great. The pitas are pretty big compared to the prices, and also it was one of the few which had pita with soutzouki. Also they had pita with zucchini balls for vegetarians. I added gouda to the latter (they charge it for 0.50 Euros), in order to complete the minimum amount for my order.
