If you want relax...you can do this, if you want go by Kajak- you can do this with excellent guides (we love it in the south of Pelion), if you want eat fresh fish- you can do this very good! And we're happy to meet very kindly people! So we repeat this every year! Its a special place ???

The accommodations were clean and bright, the bay was right outside the windows, the owners were as friendly and courteous as they could possibly be. The little shop of handmade items and toys that connected to the guesthouses was ADORABLE! You could walk to the two restaurants in town (which were incredible, by the way) - you could walk to the beach easily. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it!

The building is quite old but recently renovated so the facilities are amazing and new. Huge disadvantage is the wifi, quite weak within the rooms. Katerina explained us the reason for that, however I am sure there is a solution. I totally recommend the place for vacations
G	Gemma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most fantastic week at hotel Ghermaniko (one of the two buildings owned by the family). All of the rooms have been newly renovated to a very high standard and, those on the top floor where we stayed, enjoy views though the trees towards a small beach in the corner of the bay (see photo). Katerina and her family could not be more welcoming, we were greeted on arrival - in the middle of the night - and helped with our bags to the rooms. They even laid on some snacks and drinks. Everyday we were greeted by Victoria's husband and the lovely Victoria herself who could not be more friendly. Both myself and my family cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough.

Katerina is a great host and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. Anything one may ever need was provided in the room (extra blankets, mosquito repellent, ear plugs, kitchenware etc). Great location with amazing breakfast! The handmade pies and chestnut marmalade were top notch! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, cool even in the high heat of the day, the guesthouse restaurant served delicious food and a healthy breakfast, and every member of the family, from our host Katerina, her brother Thomas, the parents Pascal and Victoria, and Sabrian, the kayak tour guide, were kind and hospitable and conveyed a genuine sincerity in every aspect of their work. Sabrian’s seven-hour kayak tour of the Aegean coast was a particular treat. He wove the marvels of science, the drama of history, a touch of local politics, several delicious meals and a couple of swims into the tour. And if this wasn’t enough: the village of Damouchari with its two coves and miles of hikes all around were a perfect spot for a holiday retreat. You must go. Say we sent you.
