★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα ελαστικών και επιδιόρθωσης ελαστικών, επισκεφθηκα για πρώτη φορά αρχή Νοέμβρη 2021. Στην ουσία είναι μια θαυμάσια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με τον πατέρα και τα 3 αγόρια του. Ο τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης είναι καταπληκτικός. Υπάρχει τάξη, ευγένεια και επεξήγηση όλων των αποριών του πελάτη. Όταν η εργασία απαιτεί αρκετή ώρα, όπως π.χ. η αλλαγή όλων των ελαστικών, ορίζεται ραντεβού, το οποίο τηρείται με ακρίβεια και γνωστοποιειται επί πλέον ο χρόνος που χρειάζεται για να εκτελεστεί η εργασία. Εκεί θα συναντήσετε ένα πολύ ζεστό περιβάλλον. Λίγο μετά την προσέλευσης σας, σας ρωτούν αν θέλετε καφέ ή κάτι άλλο, μέχρι να τελειώσει η απαιτούμενη εργασία. Αυτό, που βοηθάει να περάσει ευχάριστα ο χρόνος παράνομης σας, δεν γίνεται συνήθως σε τέτοια μαγαζιά. Το κατάστημα σε συνδυασμό με την εξυπηρέτηση, αγγίζει την τελειότητα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην οικογένεια αλλά και στην ειλικρινά ευγενική υπάλληλο του καταστήματος !!!
I first visited the tire and tire repair shop in early November 2021. It is essentially a wonderful family business with the father and his 3 boys. The service is amazing. There is order, courtesy and explanation of all customer questions. When the work requires enough time, such as e.g. the change of all tires, an appointment is set, which is strictly observed and in addition the time needed to perform the work is announced. There you will meet a very warm environment. Shortly after your arrival, you are asked if you want coffee or something, until the required work is completed. What helps you to spend your illegal time happily is not usually done in such stores. The store in combination with the service, reaches perfection. A big congratulations to the family but also to the honestly polite employee of the store !!!
