★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πολιτική τους σαν κατάστημα είναι απαράδεκτη.Αγόρασα ένα δαχτυλίδι της swarovski περίπου ένα χρόνο πριν και το δαχτυλίδι με καλή χρήση αλλοιώθηκε. Ζήτησα να μου το επιδιορθωσουν, αλλά μου ανέφεραν πως είναι ανέφικτο. Όταν ζήτησα μήπως υπάρχει το ίδιο δαχτυλίδι για να μου το αντικαταστήσουν, μου επισήμαναν πως δε γίνεται. Εν αντιθέσει με τα υπόλοιπα μαγαζιά της swarovski που όταν ρώτησα ήταν πρόθυμοι να το αντικαταστήσουν, παρόλο που δεν υπήρχε το προϊόν. Σίγουρα δε θα ξαναψωνισω από τω εν λόγω κατάστημα από τη στιγμή που αποποιούνται των ευθυνών, παρόλο την εγγύηση και καταπατούν την πολιτική που έχει η swarovski.
 Their store policy is unacceptable. I bought a swarovski ring about a year ago and the ring with good use was damaged. I asked them to fix it for me, but they told me it was impossible. When I asked if there was the same ring to replace it, they pointed out that it is not possible. Unlike the other swarovski stores which when I asked were willing to replace it, even though the product did not exist. I will definitely not shop again from this store as soon as they abdicate their responsibilities, despite the warranty, and violate Swarovski's policy.
