★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντί για το πολυτελές έντυπο αγγελίας μνημοσύνου που παρήγγειλα έλαβα φωτοτυπίες κακής ποιότητας κιόλας, και με ορθογραφικό λάθος. Ασφαλώς το υλικό αυτό δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε και έμεινε στο φάκελο για να χρησιμοποιηθεί από τις αρχές. Στο courier ACS όπου κατέφυγα επειδή δεν ερχόταν το δέμα μου, είδα ότι είχε γραφτεί λάθος τόσο το όνομα μου όσο και η διεύθυνση μου. Τον αριθμό αποστολής τον ζήτησα εγώ από την εταιρεία, γιατί αργούσε το δέμα μου. Ενώ είχα προπληρώσει δια μέσου της τράπεζας τελικά ξαναπλήρωσα κι άλλα λεφτά στην παραλαβή, και έτσι εκτός από τα 38 ευρώ που κατάθεσα στην τράπεζα έδωσα επιπλέον 14.50 ευρώ για μεταφορικά έξοδα για τα οποία δεν είχα ενημερωθεί εκ των προτέρων (γιατί ασφαλώς εάν είχα ενημερωθεί για μεταφορικά που μόνο σε παραγγελίες εξωτερικού δίνει κανείς δεν θα είχα κάνει την παραγγελία). Από ότι βλέπω μία από τις πεντάστερες κριτικές των "πελατών" έχει γραφτεί από ένα κύριο με το ίδιο επώνυμο με τον ιδιοκτήτη!!!!! Αν μη τι άλλο ο κύριος από τον Ασπρόπυργο Αττικής νομίζει ότι στη Θεσσαλονίκη είμαστε πρωτόγονα όντα στους οποίους μπορεί να πουλάει φωτοτυπίες σε χαρτί τελευταίας κατηγορίας ( το φτηνό) και να τις χρυσοπληρώνεται για κανονικό αγγελτήριο. Εννοείται ότι ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΑΣΤΕΡΙ δεν ανήκει στην εταιρεία αυτήν, απλά δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε η επιλογή μηδέν αστέρια.
Instead of the luxury memorial leaflet I ordered, I received photocopies of poor quality, and with a spelling mistake. Of course, this material was not used and remained in the folder for use by the authorities. At the ACS courier where I took refuge because my parcel was not coming, I saw that both my name and address had been misspelled. I asked the company for the shipping number, because my parcel was delayed. While I had prepayed through the bank, I finally paid another receipt, so in addition to the 38 euros I deposited in the bank, I paid an additional 14.50 euros for shipping costs for which I had not been notified in advance (because of course if I had been informed about shipping which only in foreign orders gives no one would have made the order). From what I see, one of the five-star reviews of "customers" has been written by a gentleman with the same last name as the owner !!!!! If nothing else, the gentleman from Aspropyrgos, Attica, thinks that in Thessaloniki we are primitive beings to whom he can sell photocopies on the last category paper (the cheap one) and pay them in gold for a regular ad. Of course, NO ASTERE belongs to this company, it's just that unfortunately there was no choice of zero stars.
