Yiannis, our host at Villa Amfiario outside of Kalamos, took charge, made the reservation, brought us here and even ordered - and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Delicious salads, fried zucchini, octopus, grilled sardines, red mullet, a crisp dry white wine, fresh lemons, oh my! What a meal! Ate with amazing friends overlooking the bay followed by a dip in the cold, brisk water. An absolutely great day. I wish I could import this restaurant and it's fresh seafood to my little inland town back home.
