 The staff is helpful but it is unacceptable at 21.45 on a night to not have medicines that one may need immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Έκαναν τεστ ραπιντ το βρήκαν θετικό,ενώ ήταν από το τη 1η δοση εμβολίου,που βγαίνει θετικό λίγο στην αρχή.καναμε αλλα 3 τεστ και μοριακό και βγήκαν ολα αρνητικά. Το είχαν δηλώσει ήδη στην εφαρμογή και δεν το αφαιρουσαν ενώ θα μπορούσαν. Μας καθυστέρησαν και ταλαιπωρηθηκαμε άδικα ενώ εξηγήσαμε ότι έχουμε να ταξιδέψουμε.Η κατανόηση και η ανθρωπιά είναι λέξεις άγνωστες.
Unacceptable! They did a rapid test and found it positive, while it was from the 1st dose of vaccine, which comes out positive a little at the beginning. We did another 3 tests and molecular and everything came out negative. They had already stated it in the application and did not remove it while they could. We were delayed and we suffered unjustly while we explained that we have to travel. Understanding and humanity are unknown words.
