Δεν έλαβα ποτέ τα συγγράμματα μου, ακόμα και με παράταση της διορίας αποστολής συγγραμμάτων.
Δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση σε κανένα email, ενώ μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία κάθε φορά έλεγαν "θα το ελέγξουμε" και "απλά περίμενε".
UNACCEPTABLE
I never received my books, even with the extension of the book submission deadline.
I did not receive any response to any emails, while after telephone communication each time they said "we will check it" and "just wait".
